"Y/n come on! Your appointment is in 20 minutes! We don't have time for this!"
Shawn was pulling me out the door by my waist while I had a tight grip on the door frame.
"You can't make me! I have my rights!"
Once I felt his hands being removed brim my waist, I loosened my grip in relief.
I took one step back in the house before Shawn picked me up and threw me over his shoulder.
"Nigga let me go!!" I screamed.
He chuckled as he walked towards the car and put me inside and strapped me in.
He kissed my pouted lips and smiled.
"You're cute when you're mad, you know that?"
His compliment took me off guard and heat started to rise up on my cheeks. I looked away.

I sat in the passenger seat squirming nervously as Shawn drove down the road.
I felt a large hand on my brown thigh.
"It's going to be okay babe. It doesn't even hurt that much." He smiled.
I sighed and looked out the window.
Shawn got his braces taken off a long time ago. A time when I should've had them on.
But no, I wanted to be stubborn and wait. Damn, mama was right.
I was broken from my thoughts by Shawn pulling into the parking lot.
We sat there for a few seconds and I was daring to move.
"Are you going to get out voluntarily or do I have to get you."
"Can you come get me...daddy."
I smirked.
His face turned red.
"Fuck, not now y/n."
I laughed as we got out and went into the building.
Shawn put his arms around my waist as I signed in.
"You're laughing like that now. But wait till your mouth is full of metal."
My face completely dropped and my nervous state came back with a little anger because of Shawn.
I guess he could tell.
"Hey you started it babygirl." He kissed my forehead.
"Okay miss y/l/n. Right this way." The nurse said.
"Good luck babe." Shawn smiled as I walked away from him.
The nurse led me into the room and I sat down. "Your orthodontist will be her shortly sweetie."

I woke up with puffy cheeks.
"Hey your up!" My orthodontist cheered.
I had a blank expression on my face due to the swelling.
"Well you're all ready to go! Just take some pain pills once you get home and be careful about the foods you choose."
I walked back into the waiting room to a sleeping Shawn.
I poked him until he stirred.
When he opened his eyes they widened and then he bent over laughing.
I rolled my eyes and left making my way to the car.
I felt a hand on my arm and turned to Shawn who had tears in his eyes from laughing so hard.
"I'm sorry baby. You just look so adorable with big cheeks." He giggled.
I blushed and looked down.
Shawn's compliments always made me feel that way.
He kissed my cheeks.
"You know I love you right?" He smiled.
I nodded while smiling from the inside.
"Good. Now let's get home so I can take care of my little chipmunk."
I smacked him.
"Ow! How could something so adorable and cuddly be so viscous!"
