(A.N: hey guys. I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while. I'm not gonna lie and say I was busy, and didn't have time to write, so I'm going to be honest. I did have time to write. I just didn't feel like it, and had no idea what to write about. Sorry. I have written three more chapters, so the next three Fridays you'll have something to read! Here you go! Don't forget to vote! Thx! Enjoy! )
-------------------------------------------------------
I woke up in the upstairs bedroom. I saw a paper on the nightstand beside me, telling me to stay put and not leave until they got back. Whats with people and leaving notes? I got up, and went into the bathroom.
"Nope." I said before walking right back out.
I was going to look at my face, but I didn't want to. Nope. Have you ever done that before? Knowing Daisy, her face-well, my face should be bloody. I decided to change my clothes, but then realized I didn't have anything to change into. I looked through the dresser, but didn't find anything, so I went and looked downstairs. In a closet there was a box of old clothes, but none of which I would wear. They were mostly ugly t-shirts and bright colored shorts. Nope. I wasn't wearing those. Wouldn't be caught dead in them. By bright colors I mean neon green, neon yellow, neon orange, and neon pink. I have nothing against them, but I wouldn't be caught wearing them...unless it was like a design on a jacket or something.
I figured to wait till later, so I went into the kitchen to find something to eat. Looking through the cabinets, I found absolutely nothing.
"Does he have anything in this place besides furniture?" I asked myself looking around.
There was a small bag with some sort of powder in it, but I rather not touch it. I might end up dead by the time Joker get's back. I don't know about you, but I don't want to die yet. Or it could be drugs! Haha! That explains why he's always insane! Joker doing cocaine- that's a first. It would explain a lot. Priceless! Haha!
"Hurry up, and find something." Daisy demanded. "We need to get started on our little project."
"He probably forgot about the whole thing anyway." I informed.
RING! My phone went off. I silently cursed myself for saying something, before answering.
"Hello?"
"You haven't done anything." They said.
"Ohhh, told ya he'd catch ya." Daisy annoyed.
"Shut up." I demanded.
"What?" He asked.
"Oh, sorry, not you, I was talking to-"
"Daisy."
"Yeah. Um-"
All I saw was black. I felt the phone in my hand still, but I couldn't move.
"Listen babe, it's been less than twenty-four hours. We literally just woke up. Give me time. I promise I will hold up my end. A day or two minimum."
"Meet me at the warehouse a few blocks away from the Hotel. We'll talk then. I don't have time now."
"Then why'd ya call?" I asked.
"I was just...checking in on you."
I could tell he was trying to say it without it sounding weird. I wanted to laugh but I decided to be nice for once...
"How sweet." I spoke sarcastically. "You better watch your tongue there. Sounded like you cared for a second."
"I care about business."
