I had finally gotten the hang of the shoes. It only took my ten minutes...is that a lot? I hope not. I walked over to the curtain, and had an eye on the guy. He was sitting in the chair in front of the stage. I got a good look at him, before going back into the bathroom. I had also gotten red lipstick, and green nail polish from the store. I put a pair of black finger-less, gloves on, and waited. Enchantress popped back up.
"Where'd you go?" I asked.
She looked at the curtain. I looked to see two men stepping into the room.
"Vigilate eius," She said to them.
They nodded, and she looked back at me. She vanished.
"Can we talk about this first?" I asked the ceiling. "Who are these guys? Ugh, alright."
I had gotten dressed into a purple bra, and black cami. I walked into the bathroom, to see if my make up was okay. That's when you know somethings wrong. I'm not a make up type of person, so you know if you see me checking it over and over again there's something wrong. I took the lipstick off to see if I looked okay without it, but I put it right back on without saying anything.
I was about to walk out of the bathroom, when the door swung open. One of the men had walked in, and stared at me. He handed me my gun, and said 'let's go. People are leaving.'
It was that late already? Looks like I'm pulling an all-nighter. I followed him back out into the room, and hid the gun in one boot, and my knife in the other. Peeking out of the curtain, I saw most people were out.
"Nows my chance," I mumbled.
I was about to walk out, when a hand was placed on my shoulder. I looked back to see the same guy from before two feet behind me.
"Be careful," He said smiling...not weird...at...all...
"Go stand by the stage, I need you to lower the hoop."
I walked down the ramp, and headed across the floor to the stage. Standing right underneath the metal hoop, I looked at the guy. And nodded.
The hoop lowered until it was above my waist. I sat down on it, and gave the guy a thumbs up. The hoop then rose about ten feet above the stage.
"Alright! Alright! That's enough. You go any higher, I will die just by the damn view." I angrily whispered.
I heard laughter. The gut had walked away and I was now in poaition.
Twenty minutes later...
.........by this point I was just hanging by my legs now. I was so bored. I grabbed the sides of the hoop, and pulled myself up, re-adjusted my legs so they were now crossed. When I heard the door open, I stayed still, and waited for them all to take their seats.
There were five guys. Just as they were about to start talking, the fire alarm went off. Ha! A smile crept on my face, as I watched them all rush out the doors. Four got out, and just before the last one could, the doors slammed shut.
He began banging on the door, but when I began to laugh he stopped, and turned.
"Who's there?" They asked.
He waked back near the stage, confused.
"Up here," I whispered.
He looked up, and I waved. I was up high enough for him to just barely see me. It was pretty dark. Holding onto the sides of the hoop, I swung down, so I was now dangling by my legs.
"What do you want?" He asked.
I smiled, "Take a step closer."
He was now directly under me. I was lowered, as I sat back up. I was about three feet above him.
Giggling, I tapped his shoulder with my heel.
"I could be anywhere." I informed.
He looked behind him, worried.
"Just tell me what you want!" He yelled.
I rolled my eyes, and let go of the hoop. I fell onto of him, causing him to fall to the floor. I was now crouching over him.
"I want your head." I informed.
"Who are you?" They asked sounding scared.
My smile grew, as I heard him start to sob. I got the knife out of my boot, not breaking the somewhat eye contact we had. His sobs began to turn into laughter. My smile faded, when I realized he wasn't scared anymore.
He caught me off guard. I looked at him confused.
"This is a magnificent joke your playing Jackie...now get off me so we can go get a drink, yeah?"
I stared still confused. Just then, my arm was pulled, and I was thrown next to him on the floor. He held my wrists to the floor, and he knelt beside me.
"Who are you?" He asked again.
I smiled, and laughed. His hand made it to my throat, as I continued to laugh.
"You don't know who you're dealing with lady. I'm going to ask you one last time, before something bad happens. Got it? Who are you?"
"Nice to see you too." I said.
He tightened his grip. I reached up for his curly hair, and pulled it to the side eventually pulling him over.
"I'm sorry," I said holding up my knife. I got it ready, but before I could stab him I was hit in the face.
I gasped for air as my lungs began to burn.
"Really? Your still using this stuff?" I asked coughing. "You gotta stop."
Her went to grab my throat again, but I pushed it away, and grabbed the back of his head. I brought it into my neck, as I whispered in his ear.
"Stop...I've been hired to kill you...well more like ordered to, but that's not the point. Just shut up and listen to what I have to say."
After a few seconds of whispering, I got up, and fired a bullet in his direction. His body fell to the floor.
"Alright! He's dead!" I yelled.
The two guys walked back over to me, and gave me a thumbs up.
"Stop it." I ordered. "What's wrong with you? You don't give someone a thumbs up!... idiot."
They went to grab him, but I kicked their hands, "I got this. Go get the chick."
I grabbed his wrists, and began dragging him towards the curtain where I was behind before. Wet got to the room, and Enchantress appeared.
"Still don't understand why you couldn't do this." I informed dropping the wrists. "Now what?"
