Katniss POV- (That night)

"Goodnight, girls." Peeta says.

"Goodnight, Daddy." Willow says and he gives her a kiss on the cheek.

"Goodnight, Skyler." Peeta says, ruffling her blonde hair up.

"Goodnight." She says shyly.

Peeta leans forward and presses a kiss to my lips, "Goodnight, beautiful." He says.

"Goodnight, handsome. Don't you have too much fun."

He laughs, "I won't."

"He will probably sleep all night for you. That's usually how this goes."

Peeta smiles, "Don't stay up too late. Gotta have your beauty sleep."

"That or enough sleep so that I'm not a total you-know-what tomorrow."

He chuckles, "I love you." Peeta says, kissing the top of my head.

"I love you too." I say.

Peeta holds Rye out to me and I give him a little kiss.

Peeta smiles at me and then goes upstairs with Rye in his arms.

Afterwards I take the towel off my hair and Willow does too.

"Momma, do Skyler's hair first because my head doesn't feel good." Willow says with a frown.

"Okay but why doesn't your head feel good, baby?" I ask her.

"I don't know, Momma." She says dramatically.

"Skyler, would you like me to fix your hair?" I ask her.

She nods, "Could you just braid it?"

"Yeah, whatever you want. Do you know what color of nail polish you want?"

"What do you have?"

"The rainbow." Willow says for me.

I snort, "Pretty close to it."

"What color do you think?" Skyler asks me.

"Well, you like pink. Why not paint them pink?" I suggest.

She nods her head, "Okay."

I braid Skyler's hair the way I do Willow's and the way I use to do Prim's.

"Oh, wow. I love it." She says as she comes back into the living room from looking in the mirror.

"Thank you. It looks really cute on you." I assure her.

"Thanks." She smiles.

I find the pink nail polish and I paint her finger nails and toe nails too and then I start on Willow.

I begin to fix her crazy curly brown hair and it takes a lot longer than it took for Skyler's.

"Ouch, Momma." Willow groans as I comb her hair out.

"I'm sorry but you didn't use conditioner, did you?" I say knowingly.

She frowns, "No cause I forgotted to."

"I tell you every time. You have got to use conditioner in your hair or it's gonna be a mess."

"I know, I'm sorry."

I chuckle, "It's alright but you can't complain if you didn't do what I said."

"I will try to remember next time."

"Okay." I say, tying off one of her braids.

Willow sighs, "How come you only tooked Rye to see Johanna and Glimmer and Madge?"
