Katniss POV- (The next night)

"It was really really great seeing you all. You have no idea how happy it's made me." Peeta's grandma says, in tears, hugging Peeta and I.

It makes me want to cry too but I don't. Her crying upsets Peeta too but he smiles sadly at her, "We loved staying, Grandma. Thank you so much for letting us stay and letting Katniss and I have our date last night. We had a really good time together and I know the kids had fun with you and Grandpa." Peeta says.

"We had the best time." She assures us.

"So did they." Peeta says truthfully.

Peeta's Grandma smiles and nods, "Well, I'll let you guys get to bed now." She sighs.

"Goodnight, Grandma. I love you." Willow says from the bed.

She walks over, "Goodnight, sweet Willow. I love you too." She says, giving her a kiss on the forehead.

Willow smiles sadly.

"Goodnight, Skyler. It was so so nice to meet you, dear." Peeta's Grandma says.

"It was nice to meet you too. Thank you for letting me stay." She says shyly.

"No problem. Come back anytime."

Skyler smiles.

"Tell your Great-Grandma 'goodnight,' Rye." Peeta says, picking him up out of his little bed we brought along.

He stirs and wakes up, starting to cry.

"Peeta." His grandma scolds him as he hands Rye over.

"He's fine. He needs to eat anyways." Peeta says.

"Goodnight, sweet boy. I love you so much." She whispers softly to Rye, kissing his cheek.

He keeps crying and she hands him over to me, "Here's your Momma." She says.

I laugh a little, sighing, "Hey, baby boy. It's alright." I whisper softly, rocking him back and forth. I go sit on the girl's bed and wait for her to leave.

"I'm gonna go now. I will see you all next time." She says, heading towards the door.

"Let me walk you to the house. It's dark out." Peeta says.

"Oh, no. Dear, I'll be just fine." She insists.

Peeta shakes his head, "No, let me." He says, opening the door for her.

She sighs and walks out.

"I'll be back." He says and they go.

The door closes and I stand up, "I'm gonna go calm him down." I say taking Rye outside.

I sit on the front porch and I try to feed him but he is not hungry.

I sigh and just sit there, trying to calm him down.

Peeta comes back a few minutes later.

"He's still crying?"

"He's not hungry." I say.

He sighs and sits down next to me.

I shrug my shoulders.

Peeta looks down at him, "Hey, baby boy. I'm really sorry I woke you up but you gotta stop crying." He says quietly.

Rye keeps crying and I start to feel hopeless.

I think he's just mad because he was woken up but I just wish he wouldn't be so stubborn.
