Peeta POV-

"Goodnight, baby girl." I tell Willow quietly, giving her a kiss on the forehead.

"Daddy, are you gonna try to get Momma back?"

"I'm gonna do anything it takes."

"Does she even want to come back?"

"I think so."

"Please don't let her stay like this. She's nice but she doesn't act like she use to." Willow frowns.

"She's trying and that's all I can ask for." I admit.

Willow nods.

"You better get to sleep, Princess." I tell her, standing up.

"I wanna give Rye a kiss."

"Here." I laugh, holding him down to her.

She gives him a quick kiss on the head and he makes a face at me.

I chuckle, "Okay. Goodnight, silly goose."

"Goodnight, Daddy."

I close the door behind me and I take Rye across the hall to our bedroom and I sit on the bed with him.

He looks at me and kicks his little legs, chewing on his fingers.

"You're so cute." I tell him in a baby voice

Rye let's out a little grunt and smiles.

"I missed you so much while I was gone." I tell him truthfully, holding his hand and giving his little fingers a kiss.

He coos and I just watch him for a little while.

"Hey, Buddy how about I lay you in the bed and you go night-night?"

He just stares back at me.

"I know but your mother is waiting. You just holler if you need me or you can't sleep." I say, laying him down.

He let's out a cute little yawn and rubs his eyes, "See. You go to sleep baby and I'll be in later. Just in time for you to eat." I say, swaddling him up.

"Goodnight, little guy. I love you." I say giving him a kiss.

He makes a face and smiles.

"See you later." I say, patting him and I go downstairs.

"Willow is in bed and Rye is asleep in our room so we can finish the video now if you want to." I say, coming down the stairs.

"Alright." Katniss says.

I give her a look, "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine."

"I know you're lying. What's bothering you?" I say knowingly, seeing right through her.

She's been like this all day.

Katniss sighs, shrugging her shoulders.

"Is it the kids? Me?" I ask her.

"I guess it's all of it." She says.

I sigh, "It's only been a day. It'll get easier."

"I feel like Willow doesn't like me." She tells me.

"She's just hard to get opened up."

"She will say sweet things to me but then I get the vibe she doesn't like me."

I sigh, "She loves you." I say, sitting down next to her on the couch.

Katniss takes a deep breath. "I don't know."
