Over the next month I worked during the week and was home at weekends. Being home at weekends got me through the weeks of auditions. In the middle of April, it was all over and I could relax until the live shows. Which gave me 3 weeks off. In those 3 weeks the work that was going on at the record label was finished.
"I want to show you something." Connor said
"What?" I said we were at the label, I looked at him the kids were at school and Evie was in the sling on my back
"Let James have Evie." Con said
"What is it Con?" I said
"Just let James have Evie." Con said
I looked at him for a second then got Evie down from out of the sling and handed her to James
"Right come with me." Con said taking hold of my hand
"Where are we going." I let out a really pathetic giggle little a kid
"This way...." Con said leading me upstairs
"Where are we going?" I said
"Close your eyes." Con said as we go up stairs
"What is it?" I said
"Do as your told and close your eyes." Connor said he put his hand over my eyes.
"Okay." I said closing them.
"Trust me?" Con said
"No." I said
"Good." Con laughed
Connor led me though what must be the first floor.
"Connor where we going?" I asked
"Not far now." Con said
Then all of a sudden we stopped.
"Open your eyes." Con said I opened them and I was stood in front of a door
"What?" I said
"This is your office." Con said
"My office?" I said
"Well yours and Charlotte office." Con said
"Really?" I said
"Yeah we all thought that you both spend so much time here now-a-days that you and Charlotte should have your own office." Con said as he opened the door
"It's great" I said
"We haven't done much to it just so that you and Charlotte can make it your own." Con said
"I love it." I said just then Charlotte and the others appeared behind me.
"Book cases?" Charlotte said
"Yeah and a travel cot for Evie." I said
"Yeah." Charlotte said
We spent the next hour deciding what we were going to have in our office. It was a lot of fun, in the end we decided that we both wanted some books cases in the office and I wanted a travel cot for Evie.
"Shall we go to Ikea later?" Charlotte said
"Yeah." I said smiling
That evening Me, Charlotte, Jodie Plus Evie, Ben and Lilly headed over to Ikea to get some bits for mine and Charlotte new office.
"Know what we're doing tomorrow." I said to Charlotte when we got home with 2 book cases, 2 desks, a new travel cot/ Play pen for Evie also a little table and chair for Blake whenever he's not at nursery.
"Yeah." Charlotte said
Over the next couple of days, me and Charlotte made the things we had brought. It was a lot of fun and we messed so many things up. The boys came to check on us a couple of time and couldn't stop laughing but we had a blast.
Just as I we getting ready to do the live shows for Britain's got talent the producers asked me something I was not expecting.
"Rhianne?" They said 2 days before the live show at the end of April
"Yeah." I said me and George were at the ITV studios for a meeting about the live shows.
"We want the Vamps boys to play on the live final." Clare said she was the main producer
"What?" I said looking at her
"We want the boy to play. Do you think they will?" Clare said
"I can ask." I said
"Please do and do it soon because otherwise we need to find someone else." Clare said
"I'll ask them later. I've got to go over to the label later." I said
"Great. Thanks." Clare said
I gave George a look that said I know exactly what the boys were going to say, No.
That afternoon I went over to the label to talk to the boys.
"Where are they?" I asked Jodie she was in James and Connor's office feeding Luna some lunch
"They're up in the studio sorting some bits out for Lazer Light." Jodie said
"Thanks hun." I said turning around and leaving the office.
I walked into the studio 2 which is on the top floor and they were working with Lazer Light.
Lazer Light are a great bunch of guys who know how to have a good time.
"Hey Rhi." Matt said he was the lead guitarist
"Hey sweet." I said smiling
"Can we help you?" Elliot said he was the drummer.
"Um...." I looked at James, Brad, Connor and Tristan "I need to talk to the boys." I said
"Guys go get some lunch." Connor said
"Yeah." Lazer light said Matt, Elliot, Calum and Teddy all left the studio
"What is it Rhianne?" James said
"Um..." I had no idea how to ask them "Clare wants to know if you guys will perform on the live final of BGT." I said
"Really?" Con said
"Yeah." I said
"What do you think boys?" James said looking at the others.
"Well the final is in London so we wouldn't have to stay away." Connor said
Evie was in the corner of the room she had been asleep but I think that she'd heard my voice and had woken up. So was making a fuss. I went to pick her up and feed her. As I sat down to feed Evie the boys were talking about doing the show.
"I think we should do it." Con said
"Yeah same here." James said
"I don't know. I still have so much to do." Brad said
"Oh come on Brad. 1 show." Tristan said
"Okay." Brad said
"Rhi." They said looking at me
"Yeah." I said
"We'll do it." James said
"Great." I said smiling
"You heading home?" Con said
"Yeah. I'll take Evie with me." I said
"Okay babe. See you later. Won't be home late." Con said coming over to kiss me
