Chapter 66

Rhianne POV

13th December. The Royal Variety Performance

Connor was up at stupid o'clock for the Royal Variety. So it was just going to be me and the kids all days again not that it mattered very much because they were all at school all day. But it would just be me and Evie. I was taking Lilly, Ben and Casper to watch the Royal Variety show tonight and Edward was going to look after Jessie, Grace, Blake and Evie for me.

So this morning I was going into town to pick up mine and Lilly's outfits for tonight.

"See you later babe." Connor shouted up the stairs I was getting the kids dressed

"See you later. I love you." I shouted back

"Have a good day. I'll be back before the performance to get ready." Con said

"Okay." I said

Connor left and I got the kids ready for school.

"Lilly. You awake sweet?" I said knocking on her door.

"Yeah. Just getting dressed." She said

"What time have you go to be in?" I asked

"Day off." Lilly said

"Great." I said

"You coming with me to get our outfits then?" I asked

"Yeah." Lilly said

"Great." I said

"Can I come with you to drop the others off?" Lilly asked coming out of her room

"If you like." I said smiling

"Thanks." Lilly said

There was something not quite right with Lilly today.

"You okay Lilly." I asked as we walked down stairs

"Yeah just tired. I didn't sleep very well last night and I have a lot of work to do." Lilly said

"Why don't you stay here and have a sleep." I said

"Nah. I'd like to come with you." Lilly said

"Okay sweet." I said smiling

Team work. Between us we got the others ready for school and got them out on time. We dropped the younger ones off first as they were first then dropped Casper off.

"See you later Casper." I said as he got out of the car

"See you later mum. I have football after school." Casper said

"Okay sweet." I said smiling

"Will you come pick me up. I don't really want to walk home in the dark." Casper said

"Yeah of course. About half 5?" I said

"Yeah." Casper said

"Okay sweet. See you later." I said smiling he got out of the car

Then me, Lilly and Evie went into the centre of London to get our outfits.

We got back to the house just after lunch by which point Connor was home and had tidied up.

"Aww thanks babe." I said kissing him walking through the door

"Any time. I've just spent the last 3 hours playing the guitar and feeling very unhusband like as I left the house in a bit of a state this morning. So thought I would tidy up and do some jobs." Con said

"Aw thank you." I said smiling and going slightly red.

"Any time. Cup of tea?" Con said

"Yes please. Lilly want a cup of tea?" I shouted to the car
