Over the next couple of weeks Jacob also turned 11 and Lilly turned 17. June started and Brad and Sid were getting more and more excited about being parents. The woman carrying their twins had come to stay in London to have them.
7th June. I was at the label with the boys working in my office when Brad came bursting in.
"she's gone into labour." Brad screamed
"Oh......" I said smiling "Exciting. Only just?" I asked
"Yeah. So we have a while but just thought you should know." Brad said
"Thanks." I said
"When is Lilly due back from college?" Brad asked
I looked at him confused.
"Me and Sid want Ben and Lilly to be godparents to the twins. We also want them at the birth.....well Lilly at least. Don't think Ben would want to be there." Brad laughed.
"She'll be thrilled Brad, really proud." I said smiling
"Thanks." Brad said smiling
"She should be here soon." I said
"Okay." Brad said
"Let me know when she's get here." I said
"Thanks." Brad said and he left.
20 minutes later Lilly and Ben arrived at the label
"Brad wants you both in his office." I said as they walked into my office
"What for?" Ben said
"Not sure he just came into my office and asked what time you'd be here." I said
"Okay." Lilly said they put their bags down and walking back out of the office
They weren't gone that long before they came back, both smiling.
"What did he want?" I asked
"Alice has gone into labour and Brad and Sid want us there when their born." Lilly said smiling
"If you think I'm going to be there when she's....." Ben said
"Thanks Ben." Lilly said putting her hand over his mouth.
"Sorry." Ben said
"That's great." I smiled
"Yeah they also want us to be godparents." Ben said
"Fab." I said
"You already knew didn't you?" Lilly said
"Yeah." I said
Lilly looked at me for a second and smiled
"Well we have to head over to the hospital with Brad and Sid. See you later." Lilly said
"Let us know." I said
"Will do." Lilly said picking their bags back up they left the room
"What was that all about?" Charlotte said walking in.
"Alice has gone into labour. Brad and Sid want Lilly and Ben to be godparents and want them there when the twins are born." I said
"Cool." Charlotte said sitting down at her desk.
"Yeah."
Brad's POV
The 4 of us arrived at the hospital.
"Okay?" Lilly said
"Yeah. We're about to become parents." I said
"It's going to be okay." Sid said taking hold of my hand
