Brad's POV
Wedding day finally arrived after nearly 3 years of preparation. Nervous doesn't even cover how I'm feeling right now. Last night was spent alone, for the first time in about 6 years. Sid was staying in another room the other side of the hotel, where the wedding is taking place. Everyone is back in Birmingham for the wedding, just because it's easier for my family. Not everyone from Sid's family agrees with the wedding or our relationship. So most of his side of the family weren't coming, which according to him wasn't a bad thing. I however was rather sad that most of them weren't coming. Sid's family, apart from maybe his mum and dad, weren't too bad. His nieces and nephews weren't that bad nor were his sisters or brothers. But a lot of his family had been banned from going to the wedding by his mum and dad saying that if they did come it, then they weren't family for supporting it.
Lying in bed and looking up at the ceiling there is a knock at the door. I had a feeling I knew who it would be but I was still excited as I jumped out of my bed a dashed over to the door. As I opened it there stood Connor, James and Tristan all looking rather impressed with themselves.
"What you looking so smug about?" I asked
"We've just been to see Sid, Rhianne, Jodie and Ash are with him. They've been up for about an hour already." James said
"Really?" I said
"Yep." James said
"Oh." I said
"Yeah." Connor said
"Should we maybe start getting ready?" Tristan said
"Yeah." I said
We spent the next 2 hours getting showered, sorting our hair out, trying to do up ties and just messing around. It was so nice to get ready with my 3 best friends.
"I hope Sid's okay." I said
"He'll be having a great time. He's got Rhianne, Jodie and Ash with him." James said
"Yeah your right." I said sitting on the bed.
Just as me and the boys were talking about my vows there was a knock at the door.
"Who is it?" I called
"It's Rhianne." Rhi's voice called
I raced to the door of my hotel room and opened it there stood Rhianne in a beautiful sky blue knee length dress that her and Sid had been out to get a couple of weeks ago.
"You look amazing." I said
"Thanks." Rhi said smiling
"Everything okay?" I asked
"Yeah it's fine. I just came to see how you were." Rhi said
"Yeah. We're fine." I said
"Good." Rhi said
"How's Sid?" I asked
"He's okay. He's down stairs with the others." Rhi said
"Okay. We'll come down then. If he's already down stairs." I said
"Yeah whenever you're ready." Rhi said
"I think we're ready." I said looking at Connor, James and Tristan
"Yeah." They all said
"Good." Rhi said smiling
We followed Rhianne down stairs to the function room. Sid must already be inside because he wasn't outside the room when we got there.
"You okay?" Rhi asked putting her hand round me
"Yeah I'm fine." I said
"Sure?" Rhi said
"Yeah." I smiled
"Good." Rhi said
Charlotte and Lilly soon appeared from inside the room. Along with Rhianne they were bridesmaids.
"You all look amazing." I said
"Thanks." Charlotte said
"Thanks uncle Brad." Lilly said
"Your very welcome Lilly." I said kissing her on the cheek. She smiled and went slightly red. I smiled
"Ready sweet." My mum had just appeared.
"Yeah." I said
"Lets get this show on the road. James." Rhi said taking James's arm. They were all walking down the aisle first before me and mum. Lilly with Connor and Charlotte with Tristan.
"You okay?" Mum asked as we stood and watched Rhianne, Connor, James, Lilly, Tristan and Charlotte walk into to function room
"Yeah I'm fine." I said
"Okay..........You ready?" Mum said
"Yeah." I said
Together we walked through the double doors and into the function room all my friends and family are there. I clung to mums arm to stop myself from falling over. As we walked towards Sid, who's now standing with Rhianne, James, Connor, Tristan, Lilly and Charlotte our eye meet and I smile, he smiles back and I go red.
I reach Sid and he's still smiling. My mum kisses my cheek and goes to sit down with my dad.
I take Sid's hand and look at him
Before all the legal stuff we had to say our vows that we'd written.
"Brad, for far too long I've been dreaming of this moment and it's finally here. I'm marring the man I have loved for nearly 10 years. You make me so happy and content. I look at you and I see not a person that's in a band I see a person that loves what he's doing, that's kind and gentle and always has time for everyone else. You put everyone else before yourself and you don't complain about it. Words can't describe how proud of you I am, you've done so much and with The Vamps boys by your side it's be incredible to watch and I hope that as the years go on and after watching you with Lilly, Grace, the twins and all the other children that are in our life that we can have children of our own and raise them just as well as our friends have. I love you so much." Sid said tears started to fun down my face as I stared at him
"Brad your turn." The minister said
"Not sure how I'm going to follow that," Everyone laughed, "Sid not a day goes by when you don't make me smile or laugh. You're a great person and a great friend I don't know what I would do without you now. You're not just my boyfriend anymore, your my best friend as well. We keep each other going and have done since we first got together. You've followed me around the world and kept me human and on the right path, for that I'm thankful. I don't know how I managed to get you and I don't care all I know is that I'm never letting you go." I said
"Brad I want you to repeat after me okay." The minster said
"I Bradley Simpson take you Sid Hall"
"I Bradley Simpson take you Sid Hall" I repeated still holding Sid's hand
"To be my husband in sickness and in health"
"To be my husband in sick ness and in Heath" I repeated
"Till death do us part"
"Till death do us part" I repeated
"Now Sid repeat after me, I Sid Hall take you Bradley Simpson."
"I Sid Hall take you Bradley Simpson " Sid said looking straight in my eyes
"To be my husband in sickness and in health"
"To be my husband in sick ness and in Heath" Sid repeated
"Till death do us part"
"Till death do us part" Sid repeated
"By power vested in me by the church and the state I now pronounce you husband and Husband, you may now kiss." The minister said we kissed and for that one moment everything stopped, there was no one else left in the room just us. Time had stopped.
We broke apart and reality hit me everyone was still there. We signed the papers we needed to sign then together hand in hand walked down the aisle.
