The High Life. The final stretch

Chapter 17

We got home late on Monday the kids had already been put to bed. So when we got home Ashton left. The following day Con and I were up with the kids to get them ready for school. I was going out with Jodie, the twins and charlotte to do a bit of shopping. I was taking Blake with me as well and Sid had asked if he could come as well. Connor had finished the play house for the children so I was going to get thing to go in it all the kids had told us things they wanted in their parts of the play house. The girls were up stairs and the boys down stairs.

"See you later." I said as I dropped Lilly and Ben off at the high school. I didn't see the point in me, Jodie and Charlotte all doing the school run so I had offered as I had to go to both the high school and the primary school to take all the kids to school this morning then head home to pick up Jodie, the twins, Charlotte, Sid and Blake up then together head into London.

"have fun." Lilly said

I smiled

Then I headed to drop off the younger ones off at the primary school.

Dropping them off I headed home to pick the others up and together we headed into the centre of London

It was a lovely day out with the girls and Sid. I got some fairy lights just 2 sets of multi coloured ones, that way no arguing, then some bean bags, purple ones for Lilly and Grace and green ones for the boys. Also picked up 2 little TVs so that when they have friends stay over they can escape and watch a movie. That was all I picked up apart from some white boards to stick up for them to use also a little book case for the girl's area.

When we had finished shopping me and the others went over to the record label to have some lunch with the boys.

"Hey babe." I said walking into Connor's office

"Hey.....Have you had a good morning?" Connor asked

"Yeah. It's been lovely." I said

"Dada." Blake said talking over to Connor

"Hey little man. Have you had fun with mummy this morning?" Con said picking Blake up and sitting him on his lap

"Yeah." Blake said smiling

"Good to hear." Con said smiling

"What we doing for lunch?" I asked

"There is a lovely pub just round the corner from here the others are talking about going there for lunch." Con said

"Sounds good." I said smiling
"Yeah. I'll just save this and we'll go find the others." Con said turning back to his computer still with Blake on his lap who was now playing with Connor collection of paper clips. He saved his work picked up his wallet and coat then went to find the others who we found in one of the rehearsal room with one of the new band signed to the label.

"Ready for lunch guys?" con said

"Yeah." They said

Together the 15 of us head for the lovely little pub the was just round the corner. The new band stayed at the label to practice some more.

"Table for 15 please." James said as we walked into the pub 5 minutes later.

"Right this way." The waiter said

"Thank you." James said

"Will you need a high chair?" James said

The twins now being nearly 6 months were starting eating solid food.

"Yes please 3 please." I said

"3?" the waiter said looking at the twins then looking round for the 3rd one.
