After two movies and 3 pints of Ben and Jerry's. Tyler falls asleep. When I lay down I get a text from Luke.

Luke: where r u at?
Me: Tyler's
Luke: u going back home?
Me: I might why
Luke: I'm jw
Me:oh really
Luke: you got me there
Me:haha,what are you doing
Luke: watching t.v, what are doing
Me: you know me being me
Luke: so are going home?
Me: why do you care, are you at my house?
Luke: Maybe
Me: then maybe I will come home
Luke: I'll be waiting

Shaking Tyler she wakes up right away.

"Babe, I am going to go home. Are you going to be okay?" I ask her standing and grabbing my shoes.

"Let me guess Luke's at your house?" She ask grabbing her phone and checking to see if Kasey has called again or sent anything.

"For your information he is, I'll walk home. Call me in the morning." I tell her opening her window and climbing out. I am climbing out of the window because her moms creepy boyfriend is asleep in the living room.

"Okay, be safe. She yells from the window. Waving back at her, before I even get down the street I hear York's Mustang behind me.

"Hazel will you drive me to your house?" He ask pulling up beside me and getting out.

"Sure thing. Where have you been?" I ask getting in the car.

"The bar." He says turning on the radio.

"No York, tell me what's going on with you?" I ask know two days of back to back drinking means something with York.

"Nothing." He says in a way I have never heard him talk.

"Please, tell me what it is." I say knowing that is going to get to him.

"My mom is gone like yours, but I think mine is dead." He says laying his head on the head rest.

"I am so sorry York, you can stay with us as long as you need to." I tell him turning into my drive way.

"Thank you Hazel. Will your mom be okay with that?" He ask getting out and opening my door.

"Your welcome, York." I tell him hugging him, then I add.

"Luke is here. You can stay in the guest room down the hall, the one on the right." I tell him as we are walking in.

"Alright I will see you in the morning." He says heading in the house first.
