I made it back just in time. When I walk in Mrs. Payne ask if my question was answered I lie and tell her it was. The bell rings finally, and I am out and walking towards Mr. Alexander's room knowing he keeps them longer.
As Hazel is walking out of the door I grab her hand and put it in mine and round the corner. I can done hear Shelby, Brooklyn and Tyler they have all been friends forever but the only one I really don't like is Tyler, she just seems fake.
"Hey guys. You ready for Mr. Lee's, Brooklyn?" She says letting go of my hand.
Then as the other girls are walking away Brooklyn smiles at me staying behind.
"Yep it's my favorite class of the day." She says smiling at Hazel.
"Brooke you know Luke, Luke you know Brooke." Haz says like I never seen her in my life.
"Guys I think I am doing to go catch up with Brent I'll see you all in a minute." She says running to catch up with Brent down the hall.
