What are we going to do if Luke and I break up. It would ruin our friendship and that scares me.
"Hazel what are you thinking about?" My aunt ask walking up behind me and tapping me on my shoulder.
"Nothing sorry about that." I tell her running my hands over my shirt.
"It's fine we aren't that busy." She says giving my a pat on the back.
"No really, but you have given me this job and here I am sitting on my butt." I tell her standing up and brushing off my skirt.
"You young lady are a work-a-colic, working yourself to death is not the answer." She says pulling me down to sit again, "Tell me what's wrong." She says staring at me.
"Nothing, come on I think I hear dogs barking." I tell her getting up and walking inside. Just as I walk in the door I almost run right into Vincent, and trust me I heard stories about him. But nothing compares to him in person.
"Oh....uh...sorry." I say looking up at him.
"It's okay sweet heart, can you help me?" He ask resting on the door frame.
"Yes, I am your women. How can I help you." I say fixing some napkins.
"I am looking for Hazel Cox." He says looking out the window.
"That's me. Why are you looking for me?" I ask him.
"So your Hazel Cox, not what I was thinking." He says looking me up and down.
"Is that a good or bad thing?" I ask him in a bitchy tone.
"Maybe it's a good thing." Vincent says pulling out a chair and sitting down.
"How can I help you?" I ask him for the third time.
"Well I am also looking for York Foster, you know where he is at?" He asks leaning closer to me.
"Nope ain't I haven't seen him, but I heard from him a couple days ago. Can I ask you what it's about, if you can tell?" I ask him leaning into him and raising my eyebrow a tad.
"Oh baby I just got something he needs to know." He says walking to the door.
"Alright then." I tell him as he gets in his pick-up. I just talked to Vincent, I am kinda concerned for York.
