Oh shit. Is the only thing I can think when I see York standing in Hazel's driveway. Damn it he seen it. I am dead. When I stop he starts walking towards me.
"We need to talk." He says as I get out.
"Alright." I say standing in front of him.
"I seen what you did on Hazel's neck." He says popping his knuckles.
"Come on man ... She can make her on decisions." I say knowing that is the truth.
"I know, but dude Hazel is a smart girl, but when she is around you. She is really herself and that worries me." York says running his hands through his hair and taking a deep breath.
"Hazel is Hazel and no one is going to change that about her. She makes her own decisions and she knows right from wrong. You don't need to worry about her at all. Especially when she is around me." I say nodding at him.
"Alright man I trust you. I love her so I am going to trust you." He says opening the front door, and out steps Hazel in a light pink dress. Damn she does look good. Holy Christ she does not have on a bra, is she trying to get me killed.
"Be careful." York tells her giving her a kiss on the cheek and going in the house.
"Was it too bad?" She ask me as I meet her in the middle. I only nod and her into a hug.
"Hell yeah she scared the shit out of me." I tell her as she gives me a kiss on the cheek.
"Yeah me too. Let's leave before he gets pissed at me." She says lacing her fingers through mine and walking back to my Jeep with me.
"Did I mention that you look amazing." I say watching her get in my Jeep.
"Thank you, so do you." She say talking about my dark blue t-shirt and jeans.
"We're done going on this date, no need to sweet talk to me." I say closing the door and walking to my side. As I get in I can tell Hazel is kinda nervous. So I don't say anything I just reach for her hand and lace my fingers through hers. Instead of starting off talkative we start off by not really talking. When we turn off on a side road, she finally turns to look at me.
"Where in the world are you taking us?" She ask looking over at me and back out the window.
"You told me to surprise you so that's what I am going to do?" I tell her looking and watching her feelings take over her face.
"Alright then I just thought you were lost." She says giving me a wink.
"Very funny." I say while turning down another road.
"Oh my god." She says looking out at the field.
