A few days later-
After Frankie and his sisters left Danny and Jessica spent a lot of time together, alone. Danny never failed to make Jessica laugh or smile. They did lots of site seeing, but then they stayed in a lot watching movies, eating take out, and looking through old photos.
Danny's company made Jessica feel so good. Having him around made her happy. They didn't talk about the future, just the present. Danny felt like he had pushed the idea of a relationship too much on Jessica, so he decided to just let her follow her heart.
It was rainy one day so they stayed in. Jessica and Danny wore their pajamas around the apartment. Jessica made hot chocolate and popcorn. Danny laid out blankets in Jessica's studio. Her studio was at one end of the apartment. Large windows went around the room so you could overlook the city.
"I found more photo albums and year books!" Danny exclaims from the other room.
"I'm coming!" Jessica giggles rushing in with two cups of hot chocolate.
"Hot chocolate in October?" Danny takes his cup and raises his eyebrows.
"Yes! I'm out of coffee, and hot chocolate is more comfy."
"I didn't know a drink could be 'comfy'."
"Just drink it!" Jessica rolls her eyes in a joking way and sits down next to Danny.
"What do we have here?" She smiles
"Senior year books and albums." Danny nods opening up the year book.
They flip through the pages laughing at people's hairstyles and glasses. It suddenly gets quite when they come across best and worse.
"Look at us." Danny points to a picture of Jessica and Danny laying on the school lawn. Danny had his back up against a tree and Jessica laid on him.
"Wow." She says
"Best couple..." he mutters
"That's right... huh."
Danny flips the page and they continue looking.

A little bit later after looking through photo albums they watched a quick movie.
As they ending credits came on Jessica's phone rang.
"Hey Sarah!" Jessica smiles looking at Danny.
"Jessie, what's up with you? Are you dead or something?"
"Nope, I've had lots of guest."
"Oh, my bad. Well I miss you. Would you like to go get some drinks with me and Evan?"
"I have Danny here with me." Jessica says
"Danny as in Daniel Huston?"
"Yes, Sarah."
"I haven't seen him in forever! Bring him with you. I'll see you at nine."
"We'll see, Sarah. I'll text you later."
Jessica hangs up the phone and let's out an awkward laugh.
