1 - Give Me Protein Snack Box
-2 hardboiled eggs
- 4 oz deli turkey
- 1 oz cheese
- 1 cup celery sticks
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter2 - Fruit And Nuts Snack Box
- 3/4 cup of plain 1% fat Greek yogurt mixed with 1 tbsp of honey and 1 tbsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of strawberries
- 1/2 cup of nectarine/orange slices
- 1/2 cup of green grapes
- 12 raw almonds3 - Chips And Dips Snack Box
- 1/2 cup of baked corn tortilla chips
- 1/4 cup of guacamole
- 1/4 cup of pico de gallo
- 3/4 cup bell pepper sticks
- 1/2 cup of pineapple cubes4 - No Cook Snack For The Sweet Tooth
- 1 cup of raspberries/blueberries
- 4 chocolate or plain graham crackers
- 1 tbsp of cacao nibs mixed with 2 tbsp of unsweetened coconut flakes5 - Greek Snack Box
- 1 whole wheat pita pocket
- 1 tbsp of humus
- 1/2 a bell pepper
- 11 baby carrots6 - Sweet And Savoury Snack Box
- 1/2 an apple sliced
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter
- 2 stalks of celery
- 7 thin twist pretzels7 - Cheesy Snack Box
- 1/2 cup of non-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- 3 slices of turkey and 3 thinly sliced Swiss cheese roll ups8 - Fruit And Veg Snack Box
- 1/2 cup of cucumber slices
- 3/4 cup of apple slices
- 9 baby carrots
- a hard boiled egg9 - Tuna Salad Snack Box
- 1/2 cup of tuna salad
- 1 carrot worth of carrot sticks
- 3/4 cup of cucumber slices
- 1 large plum tomato
- 4 strawberries
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1/3 cup of raw almonds10 - Veggy Snack Box
- 3/4 cup of mango/melon chunks
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup of cucumber sticks
- 1/2 cup of carrot sticks
- plum tomatoes slices
