In this chapter, I will be sharing with you different food that burn that stubborn belly fat.

• Green Coffee
Green coffee contains chlorogenic acid which is thought to affect how the body handles blood sugar and metabolism, ultimately making it burn the fat on your stomach.

• Nuts
Nuts are high in protein, rich in healthy fats, and low in simple carbohydrates, nuts stimulate your body to burn excess fat and shed extra pounds. When eating nuts for weight loss, remember to keep calories in mind.

• Vegetables
Eating a lot of vegetables helps you lose fat because they tend to be high in fiber and water while providing few calories per serving. You can't just eat more vegetables and hope to lose weight, though. They must replace higher calorie foods in your meal plan.

• Eggs
When wanting to loose weight, one of the things to look out for is calories. One large egg contains only about 78 calories, yet is very high in nutrients. Egg yolks are especially nutritious. An egg meal commonly consists of about 2–4 eggs.

• Lean Meat
Lean meats are a good source of protein and have fewer calories than non-lean meats. Lean meats are popular amongst people following low calorie and low fat diets. Poultry is a good source of selenium, vitamins B3 and B6, and choline. Choline helps with nerve function and can reduce inflammation.

• Whole grains
Whole grains, such as brown rice, may help weight loss by decreasing calories retained during digestion. However, scientists have been unable to agree whether whole grains and fiber help to regulate weight. The grain food group includes rice, oats, wheat, and barley.

• Avocado
If you're on a diet or want to drop a few pounds, avocados are all right to incorporate into your diet. Losing weight requires eating fewer calories than you burn off. A 50g serving of avocados contains 80 calories, so you can easily fit them into a calorie-reduced eating plan.

• Dark chocolate
Dark chocolate has benefits such as helping with weight loss, stabilizing blood sugar, controlling appetite and reducing cravings. It also tends to improve your mood, curbing your desire to consume comfort foods.

• Olive oil
When it comes to eating a healthy diet, olive oil is your best friend. It tastes delicious, it's full of healthy, good-for-your-heart fats, and it might even help fight off dangerous belly bugs. Simply smelling olive oil may help you lose weight, according to a recent study in the American Journal of Nutrition.

• Oatmeal
The benefits of eating oatmeal include lowering your risk of heart disease and colorectal cancer. Whole grains like oats can also help reduce blood pressure and aid in digestion. Oatmeal can definitely be part of a healthy diet as they are low in calories and have only 1.5 grams of fat.

I hope his helped you guys! Remember to vote and comment if you have any questions or recommendations :)
