Before you begin, remember that parch tests are important. Introduce products individually so you don't overload your skin. Everyone's skin is different so this is a general guide.Beginners Optional Veteran
First Cleanser
Oil, balm, micellar
These are designed for makeup or sunblock removalSecond Cleanser
Gentle foaming cleansers for a second cleanse. Low pH ones are better for your skin.Clay Mask
Exfoliate or deep cleanse your skin 1-2 times a week so you don't dry your skin out.Physical Exfoliator
Sugar scrubs, brushes, peeling gels. Exfoliate your skin 1-2 times a week. Be wary of over exfoliation though.pH Adjusting Toner
Boost the effects of your actives.Actives
Should be introduced slowly as over-exfoliation is possible. Chemical exfoliation for the skin. Some people wait 15 minutes between each step for boosted effect.Hydrating Toner
Prepping your skin for the steps ahead and lightly hydrating. In japan they're known as lotions.Essence/Serum
Tailor your routine for your skin concerns! Thiner to thicker is the general application rules here.Sheet Mask
Essence soaked mask for an immaculate boost of hydration.Facial Oils
Add and lock in hydration. Pro tip: add a drop or two of your favourite moisturiser to boost hydration and ease of application.Moisturiser
Lotions or creams to hydrate your skin!Sleeping Pack
Heavier moisturiser to lock in all the goodness!Sun Block
