This chapter will include 6 tips on how to become a morning person!

1. Natural Light - if your room is dark, you will convince yourself to sleep. Until the sun rises you're just going to keep hitting the snooze button to catch a few extra minutes of sleep.

2. A morning drink - a warm glass of water, lemon, ginger, and honey clears your digestive system, leaving you light and fresh. It boosts your immune system, lowers the effects of diabetes, and promotes weight loss. I, personally, always have a bottle of water beside my bed to wake up to.

3. Happy Tunes - a little music always boosts your mood. What better way to start the morning than a few uplifting beats? To be honest, you can do the most boring chores and you won't even realise how the time has flown.

4. A fulfilling breakfast - it's basically impossible to have an amazingly productive day without a tasty breakfast. I always get cranky when I'm hungry so breakfast is a must! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A good breakfast will keep you energised throughout the day.

5. Daily to-do list - take about 5 minutes each morning to write down the things you need to accomplish! It really helps organise your thoughts. Use an app called planner pro, I have it myself, it helps you get a lot done in one day.

6. Exercise - if your not a fan of push-ups, sit-ups, squats, just meditate for 5 minutes each day followed by a 30 minute walk. It not only helps blood circulation and digestion but it keeps you fit.
