01. Tricep Kickbacks - 4 sets, 30 secs
02. Bicep Curls - 4 sets, 30 secs
03. Push Press - 4 sets, 30 secs
04. Lying Tricep Extensions - 4 sets, 30 secs
05. Hammer Curls - 4 sets, 30 secs
06. Lateral Raise - 4 sets, 30 secs
07. Front Raise - 4 sets, 30 secs (per arm)
08. Bent Over Lateral Raise - 4 sets, 30 secs
09. Shoulder Press - 4 sets, 30 secs
