☼ 5 Tips Against Procrastination ☼

In this chapter, I am going to share with you five tips for stopping procrastinating.

01. BEFORE WORK
PREPPING THE NIGHT - prepare everything you'll need during the day in advance the night before.
DO EXERCISE IN THE MORNING - 20 minutes of working out increases productivity and stimulates release of endorphin.

02. AT WORK / WHEN STUDYING PT.1
ORGANISE YOUR BREAKS - try the hack (10+2)x5 = 10 minutes of work, 2 minutes of break, 5 times an hour.   - make a break agenda = list all the things you like doing during your breaks.   - set up mini tasks = divide a big project into steps easier to achieve, accomplishing something always gives a sense of fulfilment.

03. AT WORK / WHEN STUDYING PT.2
ORGANISE YOUR WORK - set deadlines for your work = feeling time pressure can be helpful at work.    - schedule your chores = make a list and stick it somewhere visible.

04. WORK OUTSIDE OF HOME
GO TO OFFICE OR LIBRARY - don't use the sofa and bed to work, keep home as a place to unwind.   - redecorate your room = do it every month, it motivates you to maintain the new look.

05. AT THE WORKPLACE
TAKE CARE OF THE ATMOSPHERE - decorate with red (which increases attention to detail) and blue (which fosters creativity).   - keep your mobile device away from your desk, it lets you focus on your work without interruptions.
