This chapter will include a pamper night routine for your skin, hair, body, teeth, a manicure routine, and a pedicure routine.
SKIN
- cleanse your face as you normally do
- exfoliate with a facial scrub
- tone your face like normal
- use a face mask to detoxify, soften and brighten
- use an under eye cream/mask to decrease any puffiness you may have
- continue your night routine as normal (with a sleeping mask)BODY
- when in the shower after washing exfoliate with a body scrub (my favourite is Soap&Glory's one)
- apply coconut oil to skin as shaving cream, shave with a clean razor > mens razors are the best to use because they cut very close to the skin without drawing blood
- then moisturise your body once out the showerHAIR
- shampoo/condition your hair
- apply a nice conditioner and let it sit with the heat
- moisturise with LOC method (liquid/leave in, oil, cream)
- style your hair (protective style, twists, etc)MANICURE
- scrub hands with a sugar scrub
- soak hands for about 5-10 mins
-soften/push cuticles
- file and shape nails
- paint your nails a nice colour (or if you can't have polish on for school then apply clear polish it actually makes your nails look amazing)
- moisturise your handsPEDICURE
- soak your feet for 5-20 mins
- file off dead skin with a file or pumice stone
- push/soften cuticles on toes
- scrub feet with a sugar scrub
- paint your toes if you like
- moisturise your feet with a heavy cream and put on infused socksTEETH
- use a whitening treatment > buy a kit or make your own
- use your regular toothpaste
