In literally every single health/skincare chapter I include about drinking water, and I'm sure you guys are fed up of hearing it but it's so worth it! So, this chapter will include ways to drink more water to make it easier for you guys!
> buy a cute water bottle thats will make you want to use it
> use a water drinking reminder, so say you have one reminder to dink half a litre by 10am or drink one litre and a half by 3pm
> draw a water drinking chart, you can add this to your bullet journal where you track how much water you intake
> add some fruit to your water, it doesn't have to be plain water to be healthy, in fact adding fruit makes it a detox water which is healthy for you too, but don't always drink these waters, make sure you're still drinking plain water
> don't drink your calories, I am very guilty of slipping up a few times by ordering a lemonade (literally my favourite fizzy drink ever i don't even know why) or an iced frappe and McDonald's, but try not to have these types of drinks too much
> hide any bad drinks from yourself, if your family still like to drink these types of drinks then just avoid putting anything you have often near them so you are more likely to cut back on having them
> give yourself a reward for drinking a lot of water, for example, drink a lot of water and no sugary drinks for 2 weeks then award yourself with one sugary drink at the endI hope this helped you guys! Remember to vote and comment if you have any questions or recommendations :)
