01. High Knees - 3 sets, 60 secs
02. Front & Back Lunges - 3 sets, 30 secs per leg
03. Back Leg Lifts - 3 sets, 30 secs per leg
04. Quick Feet - 3 sets, 45 secs
05. Romanian Deadlift - 3 sets, 45 secs
06. Sumo Squat - 3 sets, 45 secs
07. Side Lunges - 3 sets, 30 secs per leg
08. Heisman - 3 sets, 45 secs
09. Hamstring Curls - 3 sets, 45 secs
10. Step Up With Knee Raise - 3 sets, 30 secs per leg
