☼ The food pyramid for staying healthy ☼

In this chapter I am going to share with you a food pyramid to help you stay healthy!

Meats, sweets, cheese, processed foods
You should rarely eat these foods but don't completely cut them from your diet!

Eggs, oily fish, and fat free dairy
You should also rarely eat these foods, but more than you eat the meats and sweets.

Seeds, nuts, avocados
10-40% of your diet should be these fibre filled foods.

Whole grains and potatoes
20% or less of your diet should be these types of carbs.

Beans and legumes
10-40% of your diet should be these.

Fruits
20-50% should be fruits.

Vegetables half raw and half cooked
30-60% of your diet should be vegetables.

Your diet should be a big combination of everything and everything should be eaten in consideration.
