I know how it feels to own a gorgeous pair of high heels yet not have the ability to rock them with a stunning outfit as they're just too high. Well, I'm here to solve all your problems as this chapter will include 6 tips of how to walk in heels!

1. Stand straight with your head held high
Posture is a good tip for walking correctly, even in flats, but having a straight back and neck walking in heels will become a lot easier.

2. A strong core goes a long way
Having a strong core will help with balance and posture, I've done a chapter on exercises for your stomach called 'exercises towards a flat tummy'.

3. Make sure the shoe actually fits
Having the wrong shoe size could definitely effect the comfort and ability for you to walk.

4. Follow with the heel for even weight distribution
Walking in heels is so much different to walking in flats, in this way especially. Stepping first with the heel will effect your balance making it more difficult to walk.

5. Add cushioning or new soles for extra comfort
Comfort is key. Walking in heels is never going to be luxury when walking for miles so by adding cushioning or new soles you are making it much for comfortable for yourself making it easier to walk.

6. Lead with the ball of the foot
Again, like when following with the heel for even weight distribution, will help with your balance making it easier to be confident in your heels.
