☼ 2018 New Workout Routine ☼

New year, new me, mew workout routine!
After having the same workout routine for a year, I've decided to change things up a little bit.

My goals fitness wise for 2018 are:
- be healthy not skinny
- to get a slimmer stomach, not like skinny skinny but slimmer and more toned
- tone up my arms more
- tone my legs and butt
So basically to tone up more!

I've decided to do a an hour workout at least 5 days a week - if I can't do an hour in one go then I'll make sure it all adds up during the day so do like a 15 min at morning, 30 min at noon, 15 min at night.

I'm also going to do 30 day challenges each month just to challenge myself.

January = plank challenge
February = arm challenge
March = butt and gut challenge
April = thigh slimmer challenge
May = beach body challenge
June = butt challenge
July = abs challenge
August = lunge challenge
September = wall sit challenge
October = squat circuit challenge
November = slim and sculpt challenge
December = push up challenge

All of those challenges I have gotten off of Pinterest - i love that app so much you don't even know. I advise you to look on the Pinterest app for fitness inspiration, actually any inspiration Pinterest basically has everything.

I hope this will help you guys have some inspiration for going into 2018 with a mindset!
