☼ How to Get Motivated ☼

This chapter will include little tips and tricks to help you be motivated to start your day and get things done! Perfect for the new year!

1. Get enough sleep at night - 8 hours or more

2. Eat a big breakfast when you wake up - you'll then have energy to start the day off with

3. Wake up with a smile on your face - it sets the right attitude and intention for the day

4. When you wake up take a few minutes to write down you goals for the day - i.e. focus in class, be on time, eat only healthy snacks between meals

5. Stop saying tomorrow - tomorrow will never come because you keep putting it off, just do it like nike✔️

6. Encourage yourself - use affirmations like 'I can do this', 'keep going' or 'don't stop', if you have an iPhone you could use the reminders app or the clock

7. Think of the end result and how proud you'll be of yourself - it's all heading somewhere to create something great and worth it

8. Stop complaining - the energy and time you use to whine could be used to do something

9. Try your best and stop doing things half-assed - you'll get better results in anything and everything if you give 100%

10. Remove all distractions - it helps putting your phone on do not disturb mode or even cleaning your space up a bit before you start to do something

11. Put on some motivational music - unless music will distract you in which case avoid music or any types of noises

12. Reward yourself for good results - if you're perhaps working on a fitness goal and you start seeing results, I don't suggest that your reward should be McDonalds topped off with cake! Maybe you could treat yourself to a spa day or splashing your cash on new workout clothes - remember that you're only seeing results because you're working so hard, so don't ruin it with 'rewards' that don't help you achieve!
