1> Eat for energy
Opt for complex carbohydrates like nuts, vegetables, whole grains and fruits.2> Exercise
I know when your feeling tired the last thing you're going to want to do is exercise but it does give you loads more energy.3> Up your Vitamin B
Consume plenty of green vegetables like asparagus and broccoli.4> Drink less alcohol
Cutting back on the alcohol will ensure that your mind and body is getting the rest needed.5> Sleep smarter
My next health chapter will actually be on sleep relaxation tips, your body repairs itself between 10pm and 1am every night so you need to be sound asleep during this period of the night.6> Cut the caffeine
Having your last cup of caffeine before midday will ensure that your body will be ready to sleep at night.7> Drink your water
Back at it again with this tip but I was right it really does save your life for everything. Drinking water throughout the day will help keep your mind and body hydrated and alert.8> Get some fresh air
Go out for a small walk around your town or neighbourhood, and you don't have to go alone, take your friends or family with you.9> Take a shower
