- 1 lemon
- 1 handful of strawberries
- 1 petal from a couple roses

- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of grounded cinnamon
- 1 dash of salt
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 handful of banana slices
- 1 handful of crushed almonds
- 12 ice cubes
- 500ml of coconut waterChia Fruit Water

- 2 sliced and peeled kiwi'sPeach Melba Sunrise Smoothie

- 1 peach
- 75g of frozen raspberries
- 240ml of almond milk
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tap of vanilla extract
- 240ml of orange juice
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup (optional)Peach, mango, raspberry and greek yogurt power smoothie

- 1/2 a large mango
- 3 ripe medium sized peaches
- 1 cup of raspberries
- 1 cup of greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 cup of iceWatermelon lemonade

- 2 basil leaves
- 6 cups of cubed watermelon
- 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 3 cups of ice
