Your phone was ringing off the hook S you rushed about your living room, frantically lifting, pulling out and throwing everything in sight trying to find the damn device before the ringtone started to drive you insane.
Ripping the base cushions from the sofa you scream out in joy when you found your phone stuffed between one of the cracks. *Mobiles: hide and seek champions* your though as you pressed the answer button and held it to your ear, hobbling back to the dining room table with one shoe loosely tired on. "________, it's me," you heard the deep voice of Exo's youngest member.
"Sehun, what is it?"
"Luhan is home now," Sehun answered, you pausing whilst tucking your laces inside your shoes, feeling to lazy to tie them up properly. "We told him head home early since it's his birthday and all."
"O-okay, I'm heading round now."
Luhan had just kicked of his shoes and dropped down onto the sofa, his head falling to rest against the head rest letting out a deep exhausted sigh. "This is wonderful," Luhan huffed sarcastically. Having not seen you all day he was starting to get the thought you had forgotten his birthday, and although you hadn't done the usual and pretending not to know just so you can surprise him with a party when you got home, you knew Luhan was t the kind of guy to want to party after a long day preparing for their comeback.
"Where is my girlfriend when I need her," he mumbled to himself sadly, reaching over to grip the cushion you always lay on when watching films together, holding it tight against his chest, his lips forming a small smile when he realised a small scent of your perfume remained clinging to the fabric, his mind wandering into thoughts filled to the brim with you.
But three gentle knocks against his front door pulled him back to reality, slowly trudging over to the door to pull it open, his eyes shooting open when he spotted you on the other side, a large silver ribbon tied into a bow on your head. "Hey," he greeted softly, his lips forming a larger smile when he noticed the slight blush on your cheeks.
"Happy birthday," you wished him and smiled up into his eyes. "I didn't know what to get you as a present, so I thought I'd wrap myself up and present myself to you instead
