127. Xiumin (cute)

You sighed audibly and rolled over onto your opposite side, your fingers feeling at the empty space on the other side of the mattress. "Why must you be away," you mumbled to yourself and you slid you hand up the mattress to prod the vacant pillow beside your head.

Quickly you shuffled to the other side of the mattress, shivering slightly when the cold material hit your bare skin, but the cold soon vanished when you buried your face in your boyfriends pillow, inhaling deeply and smiling when your lungs filled with the sweet apple and citrus scent of Xiumin's shampoo.

He had been away for three weeks now on his first world tour with the boys and you had promised him you wouldn't be upset, but sure enough, depression hit you as soon as he waved his last goodbye before walking down to the terminal. He sent you random and widely spread out texts, mostly explaining with country he was in, but with the time differences it was always hard to speak to him for longer than five minutes before either of you fell asleep from exhaustion.

He was currently in Manchester performing, a city in the Northwest of England, a country that was over four-thousand miles away, but to you it felt like he was on Jupiter. He always felt worlds away when he wasn't by your side.

Your thoughts were always so deeply focused on Xiumin that when your phone buzzed under you pillow it made you squeak out a little. Your heart thumped violently when you saw your boyfriend name pop up on your lock screen. Quickly swiping open the text you beamed brightly.

"Just finished our performance babe, heading to France soon :) keep strong and keep smiling , you will be back in my arms soon enough."

You stared at the plain black text with the biggest smile, your heart swelling when another, much smaller text appeared under the first simply saying a quick, "oh, and I love you!"
