"You first." Adam snickered. We decided to rent a karaoke room at one of the arcades, so we could sing privately and not in front of all the people. Of course, I know that Adam has no trouble with that though, but he urged that we sing privately.

"Okay." I agreed cheerfully and stood up to press the numbers.

Music started playing from Adam's song "Whataya want from me". I checked out his songs before we went out on the date. I just fell in love with his song "Lay me Down" and I thought that his other songs must be as awesome as that one. Apparently, they were.

Adam gave me a sly grin.

Yes. Adam. I know your song.

I started to sing.

Hey, slow it down

Whataya want from me?

Whataya want from me?

Yeah I'm afraid

Whataya want from me?

Whataya want from me?

There might have been a time

When I would give myself away

Oh, once upon a time

I didn't give a damn

But now, here we are

So whataya want from me?

Whataya want from me?

Just don't give up, I'm workin it out

Please don't give in, I won't let you down

It messed me up, need a second to breathe

Just keep coming around

Hey, whataya want from me?

Whataya want from me?

Whataya want from me?

Whataya want from me?

I grinned, my face hot from Adam's look at me. He just stared at me, smiling.

Yeah, it's plain to see (plain to see)

That baby you're beautiful

And there's nothing wrong with you

(nothing wrong with you)

It's me, I'm a freak (yeah)

But thank you for lovin' me

Cause you're doing it perfectly

(it perfectly)

There might have been a time

When I would let you slip away

I wouldn't even try

But I think you could save my life

Just don't give up, I'm workin' it out

Please don't give in, I won't let you down

It messed me up, need a second to breathe

Just keep coming around

Hey, whataya want from me (Whataya want from me)

Whataya want from me (Whataya want from me)

When the song ended, there was only silence. Adam looked at me with a shocked grin, his mouth in the shape of an o.

"Well..." he shook his head. "I think you did that song better than me."

"Well, maybe I should be taking your job." I joked and giggled, slipping under his arm so he could have it around me.

"Maybe you should." he smiled, his face close to mine. His breath smelled so good, and so did he himself.

"I love your voice." he grinned, whispering softly.

"Maybe you should marry it then." I grinned widely, pretending to be jealous.

"I can't. I have a beautiful, and hot girlfriend..." he looked into my eyes and fiddled with my hair with his fingers. "who gets jealous badly." he joked.

"Well, we can't disappoint her, now can we." I giggled and kissed him.

He placed his hand on my face. I could feel my cheeks grow hot. Then he bit my lip gently and sweetly, sending electricity up to my spine.

I pulled away, smiling widely.

"I love that kiss." I smiled.

"Maybe you should marry it then." he mimicked me, which mad me laugh.

"Maybe I should." I whispered, pulling him in for another kiss.
