The Tardis was in flight, Rory and Amy were somewhere in the Tardis and the Doctor was being his usual self he was fixing or improving parts of the console with his ridiculous goggles that he wears on his head. I opened the blue doors and since we were stationary above the Earth I decided to sit on the edge of the Tardis floor and let my legs dangle down freely without a concern or worry that I could slip and fall. I looked down on the colourful ball like being in space in a time machine is completely normal, and to me it is normal but the people below will never experience half the stuff that I have done and seen.
"You okay Marcie?" I heard the Doctor me and as I looked beside me I saw that he was now sitting down beside me.

"I'm fine. It's just, there's a whole world in here, just like you said. It's all true. I thought. Well, I started to think that maybe you were just like a madman with a box." I explained as I briefly looked up at the Doctor.

"Marcie Fry, there's something you'd better understand about me, because it's important, and one day your life may depend on it. I am definitely a madman with a box." He said seriously which made us both laugh,

"You know I've been thinking-" I started

"About what?" The Doctor asked me curiously

"If you don't mind, I-I'd like to stay here with you. Forever." I smiled a little bit which made the Doctor smile as well.

"I wouldn't have it any other way." He said as he held my hand.

"I just didn't want you to suddenly feel something- switch and you take me home and not because you're trying to keep me safe but instead because you find someone else who is better and I just drift into the background and you get bored and irritated of me being around so you take me home." I explained

"Is that what you always think?" He asked me in return with concern

"Not all the time but sometimes yes." I replied

"I'm not going to take you home Marcie. You're here to stay." The Doctor said softly as he kissed my hand which made me smile
"Go get changed we're about to land." He tells me as he helps me up so I leave him and walk to my room where I grab some clothes and shoes to wear.

"Let's go to Ravan-Skala, he says. The people are six hundred feet tall. You have to talk to them in hot air balloons and the Tourist Information Centre is made of one of their hats, he says. I'm sorry, but I don't see any huge hats." Amy complains and I smiled,

"Amy, Beaky, this could be the most exciting thing I have ever seen." The Doctor says as he looks around the hotel

"You're kidding." Rory says

"How can you be excited about a rubbish hotel on a rubbish bit of Earth?" Amy asked him.
