Two months after engagement...

Last week I found out that I was pregnant and I decided that today I would cook a meal and tell Shawn we are pregnant over dinner.

As I am cooking dinner I feel arms wrap around me. I then feel kisses on my shoulders.

"Mmm Shawn."

He hums in response.

"I need to cook."

"But I want to kiss you." He says turning me around and placing his lips on mine. We kiss for a few minutes.

"Ok you have kissed me now. Can I please cook?"

"No."

"Ok how about this you let me cook and then after food we can cuddle and kiss all you would like."

"Sounds perfect." He kisses me on top of the head and leaves the room.

Fodo is ready not long after.

"Shawn I need to tell you something. That's why I cooked this fancy dinner because it's a special occasion."

"Ok chantelle you can tell me anything so go ahead."

"Well...Shawn I am pregnant."

"You are?"

"Yes."

"Oh my god that's amazing. I love you so much oh my god I'm going to be a dad!"

"Yes you are."

"I'm so happy right now."

"Me too."

"I love you so much chantelle."

"I love you too Shawn."

We kiss and then finish off our meal. After finishing I carry out my half of the deal. I promised Shawn I would cuddle and kiss with him. We cuddle up watching tv on the sofa. He kisses me on my head and rubs my stomach. He's still overwhelmed at the fact that I am pregnant.

We couldn't stop cuddling or kissing. This news has made us not want us to let go of eachother.

We decide to call it a night and go to bed. We get into bed and Shawn wraps his arms around me and I fall asleep in his arms feeling safe and secure.

During the night I have a bad dream. It was about Shawn abandoning me because he found someone better. I woke up crying. I couldn't stop. The dream felt so real.

"Chantelle hun why are you crying?"

"I had a bad dream."

He sits up and wrap his arms around me and starts cuddling me and kissing my cheek.

"Wanna talk about it?"

"I had a dream that you abandoned me and the baby and left me for another girl."

"Oh chantelle. That would never happen. There is a reason I put that ring on your finger I did that because I want you with me for the rest of my life. I love you so much and I'm over the moon that we are having a child. I wouldn't want this with anyone else. I love you ok and only you."

"Thank you for making me feel better Shawn. I love you."

"It's my job to make you feel better and I love you more now let's get some sleep yeah?"

"Yeah."

We cuddle up and fall asleep. After that I dreamt about only good things. Shawn was my anchor he was there to help when I need reassurance.

I am so glad he is the father of my child. I wouldn't want anyone else in my life.
