So today I decided that today was the day me and my husband shawn have a talk about our future. We have been together for 7 years and have been engaged for a year. We haven't talked about our plans for a future and I want to know because I want children and if he doesn't want to have children then this relationship isn't really going anywhere.

He gets home from work and he gives me a kiss hello.

"Hey baby girl you ok?"

"Hey and yeah I'm ok." Is at with a worried look on my face.

"Are you sure you are ok you look worried Y/N what's wrong?"

"Look shawn I wanna talk with you."

"Ok let's go sit down and talk then babe."

We sit down and he looks at me.

"So what's troubling you?"

"I wanna talk about our future. I wanna know if you want children. I really want children and I've been thinking about them a lot lately. People in my family have been having them lately and they are so cute and I feel left out I want one. I've been planning on having children all my life and I don't know where you stand on that because I've always imagined having kids with you and I just want to know if you feel the same."

"Y/N I do want children I really do. I've always imagined having them with you too. I'm sorry you are feeling this way because i do want children i just didn't think we were ready but now i realise we are. We are grown up and responsible and I know you would make the best mum. I really want to have children with you too."

"You do? Really?"

"Yes I do baby girl. I picture little versions of me and you running around and causing mischief and breaking things. I want all that with you. I've been thinking about this lately. I'm ready to have a family with you. I want to do this with you and Y/N you just say the words and I'll help you have a baby whenever you want. Just tell me when and I'll be ready."

"Shawn I didn't know you felt this way at all."

"Its fine babe you didn't know but tell me when do you want to start this family."

"I mean shawn we aren't doing anything now if you want to start now I mean only if you want too."

He looks at me with a little smirk. He stands up and so do I he then picks me up so I wrap my legs around his torso.

"Now is perfect let's go make a baby." He says.

We go to the bedroom and you know what happened so you don't need any details.

It obviously worked though 9 months akter we brought the most perfect little girl Skylar Mendes into the world.
