As Ozen was working through the night, his office door suddenly opened and the person to who entered was Stine the leader of the Motsa clan. The man closed the door behind him as he approached Ozen's desk.

"You literally just returned from a trip, go home and get some rest." Stine advised the Magi. He then picked-up one of the papers on the desk and took a look at it.

"As a magi, rest is only a luxury. I need to be up and alert at all times." Ozen leaned on his chair. Suddenly, machenical arms appeared from the handles and started to massage Ozen's shoulder.

"Well that magi should hurry up and select his second in command so that he can lighten the load." Stine commented. "I know that these two incidents have been bothering, but you shouldn't let them bother you that much. According to my calculations, all things will work out in the end."

"You maybe an idiot, but you are essential to this countries success in my calculations, remember that."

"The you go; with your calculations."Ozen laughed. "Thanks..."

"I live by them. It is how I am able to keep the the Motsa clan prestigious." Stine bragged.

"Wait. Are you saying you lost to me on purpose?" Ozen asked.

"Well you are the Magi. Use your punny little brain to figure it out." Stine laughed. "But seriously, get some rest. This nation needs you alive and well."

As Stine left the room and closed the door behind him. His angelic smile turned into a devilish one.

I wish I could rest too. But I can't.  not until I find the person who leaked classified information about the knight exams. Ozen thought as he continued to look at reports.

As the morning sun's light penetrated the thick canopy, nocturnal animals went into hiding. Other than that the forest was still reletively dark. Cody was fast asleep on a comfortable tree branch when the sun's rays kissed his face. Unfortunately for him, he fell onto the hard ground upon waking up.

Apparently, Cody accidentally took the wrong bag when they got off the bus late last night. He felt a bit embarrassed, but everyone was relatively fine with this blunder.

"It happens to the best of us." Larze tried to cheer him up, while petting him on the back.

Cody then stood up from the ground and noticed captain Larze already returning from his morning patrol with Maya next to him. They were carrying a number of fish trapped in a net made with captain Larze's string attribute. The boy could see a few of them wiggle a bit in the net.

As they approached the camp Maya greeted Cody, but before he could respond Miles quickly dragged him away by the collar. "Common rookie. Let's go get some water."

When they got to a nearby creak Cody was marveled by how clear the water was. "This is cool." Cody stated as he drank some water he collected using his hands.

"I said a similar statement, when I was stationed at the border with Cosmo." Miles laughed. Cody laughed too because Cosmo would rather die of thirst than drink river water.

"I really miss him." Miles stated as he collected some water into a bucket.

"Me too."

"He use to brag about both you and your brother." Miles continued.

"How was he as a knight?" Cody asked. "I am asking because he never talked much about it."

"To be honest he was a perfectionist, everytime a fight would end. Cosmo would tell all of us to clean up the area. Even though we could use our attributes unlike normal people, we struggled to do so thanks to the fatigue."  Cody laughed. "Sometimes he would wake us rookies up in the middle of the night to do patrols around a big city."
