60: The One With The Crush

TONI POV:

I may or may not have had a massive crush on Cheryl for the past 8 years. There's just one problem. Cheryl has been with Veronica for 4 years. We're all seniors. So they've been dating since freshman year! It's great! Everything is great! I'm fine! Did I mention that I'm fine?! Anyways! Cheryl and Veronica have been on and off for those 4 years. Once I start to get Cheryl she goes back to Veronica, currently they are dating. Well. I think. I don't know, Cheryl did text me last minute telling me she wanted to hangout which if it's last minute, it's means she's upset about something. Usually her and Veronica or her evil mother. Or both depending on the day.

There's a knock on my trailer door. "It's open!" I yell from the living room. Cheryl barges in. "Are you ever going to lock the door?" She ask quietly. "It doesn't lock. And I rent this place so I can't do it without permission from the landlord who is probably dead." I say slightly frustrated. Cheryl sits down on the couch. "What's up?" She ask quietly. "I was about to ask you the same thing." I whisper. She looks down. "Veronica?" She nods. "Can I be honest?" I ask quietly. She nods slowly. "Don't take her back. Honestly it's not ok she's playing with your heart." I whisper. "Speaking of heart." I look down. "You find anyone you like?" She ask quietly. "Yeah, There's this girl. She's really pretty and we get along, but, she's with someone." I whisper quietly. "Josie?" God she's oblivious! "Cheryl, I- I mean you." I say bluntly. She looks down. "O-oh." She looks down. "Toni-." I stop her. "It's ok. You don't have to have the same feeling for me I understand." I whisper. "No, I was only with Veronica because I thought you didn't have any feelings for me." I look up at Cheryl. "Cheryl I've been crushing over you for-for 8 years!" She pulls me into a kiss. I pull away slowly. "Cheryl." I look up at her.

Life update: Cheryl and I have been dating for a month, no we haven't had sex yet, yes I'm afraid. "Cheryl c-can we talk?" I ask pulling away from us making out. "Yeah what's up?" She sits up. "If we ever, you know. I just want you to know it's going to be my first and it's mostly going to be for you and not for me." I whisper. "Well, what do you mean?" She ask quietly. "I just don't really have a interest in sex." I confess. "Ok, that's good because after a past relationship and past events. I want to wait." She whispers. "Ok good. Because I didn't know if you would be bad." She shakes her head. "No I'm not mad." I pull her into a kiss.
