3: The One At Pops

Toni and Cheryl decided to go to Pops but they see someone.

Cheryl and Toni walk into Pops and Cheryl sees Nick. Toni starts walking towards there booth, but Cheryl didn't move, she couldn't move she was paralyzed. "Cheryl what's wrong?" Toni asked her slowly. Cheryl began to sweat, she couldn't breathe. She just stared at him. "Cheryl." Toni looks at what she's been staring at for what felt like hours. "Let's just sit down, he won't bother you if you have your back to him. Ok?" Toni finally gets her attention. She nods about to cry but can't. "Or do you want to leave?" Toni asked slowly and calmly. Cheryl shakes her head. "No I've wanted a milkshake all day." They both sit down. Cheryl was shaking not able really to move. "Is this what an panic attack feels like?" She ask quietly. Toni takes Cheryl's hands and nods. "You'll be ok Though, I'm here for you." Toni ordered for both of them because Cheryl could barely talk and she gets the same thing every time so Toni has it memorized. Nick sees them sitting and decides to walk over. "Sharon! How are you?" He smiles, Cheryl doesn't even look at him. "Why did you do it? What sick mind do you have to do something like that? And it's Cheryl." Toni almost jumps at him. "Well you were asking for it. And hush money." He smiles and walks out. "Cheryl-." Toni tries to comfort her. "I don't want to talk right now." Cheryl snaps. "Ok." Their food gets there and they eat. "I didn't mean to snap at you earlier I was pissed and didn't want to talk. When stuff like this happens I seem to shut people out." Cheryl tells Toni softly. Toni takes Cheryl's hand and nods. "It's ok, I get it." Toni says in a soft tone. Toni felt bad for Cheryl, she's been through hell this year and no one was there for her. "What do you think he was doing here?" Cheryl asked Toni softly. "Probably dealing with the Lodges." Cheryl quietly laughs. "Hey, thanks your sticking up for me I couldn't speak." Toni takes Cheryl hands and smiles. "It's ok."
