ECHO'S POV

*The Next Day*

"Haven....Haven...Haven!" I exclaimed, slapping his arm.

"What?" He asked, jumping and turning to look at me, his leg continuing to bounce up and down.

"Relax." I said, placing my hand on his leg.

"I can't! What if you are pregnant? We barley have enough money for food and rent! Plus, your dad is going to kill me! I'm not ready to be a parent Echo."

"I'm probably not even pregnant. Just try to calm down."

"Okay." He said, taking a deep breath.

"Echo Biersack?" I stood up and followed the nurse down the hallway, Haven following me. "Just lay on the table and wait for the doctor." She said and left. I got up on the table, Haven sitting down in a chair next to the bed.

He grabbed my hand, keeping his eyes on the ground.

"Everything is going to be fine, I promise." I reassurred him, kissing the top of his head.

"Hello Echo, nice to see you again." My doctor smiled, walking in.

"Hi." I smiled as she sat down.

"And who's this?"

"This is my boyfriend, Haven."

"Nice to meet you Haven."

"You too." He said, lifting his head up.

"He's just a little nervous." I explained.

"So, you think you're pregnant?"

"Yes ma'am."

"Ah, I can see where the nerves can come from. Have you taken a home test?"

"No ma'am."

"Well, let's take a look. If I could have you lift up your shirt." I lifted my shirt to right below my breasts, leaving my stomach exposed. "Now, I'm going to squeeze this ultrasound gel on your stomach, warning, it might be a little cold." I nodded and she squeezed it onto my stomach, causing me to flinch. She grabbed the ultrasound wand and moved it around.

She looked up at the black and white screen as she moved the wand around my stomach.

"Well, I don't see anything. You're not pregnant."

"Thank god." I let out a sigh, Haven letting go of my hand and running his fingers through his hair. She wiped my stomach off and left the room.

"Haven, are you okay?" I asked, noticing his hands were over his face.

"I'm fucking ecstatic. I mean, of course I want kids one day, but not when I'm eighteen."

"Agreed." I smiled, kissing his lips. I slid off the table and we walked out into the parking lot. We got in the car and I made Haven drive us to my parents' house. We got out and I knocked on the door.

"Echo! Haven!" My mom smiled, opening the door.

"I'm not pregnant." I said.

"What?"

"I'm not pregnant!" I smiled.

"That's..."

"Fucking amazing." Haven said, causing me to giggle.

"Well, okay then. Congrats." She smiled. "Andy! Echo's here!" My mom called. My dad walked into the entry way, his hands balling up into fists.

"I'm not pregnant." I said before he got any closer to Haven.

"You got lucky, boy." My dad told Haven.
