ECHO'S POV

*One Week Later*

Haven has been talking about having a baby, non stop, for the last week. He's suggesting possible baby names and looking for furniture online. This is starting to get out of hand. Of course I want a baby some day, but not when I'm fresh out of high school, not even nineteen, struggling to make ends meet.

I don't know where Haven got this baby fever from, but he needs to get over it, and fast.

I was digging through the whole bathroom, cursing as I tore it up.

"Where the hell did I put it?" I muttered.

"What?" Haven asked, standing in the doorway.

"My birth control." I said, not looking at him.

"Oh, I threw it out."

"What!" I exclaimed.

"It's not like you need it if we're going to have a baby."

'WE'RE NOT GOING TO HAVE A BABY HAVEN!" I screamed. "AT LEAST NOT RIGHT NOW! GOD, YOU ARE SO FUCKING STUPID! WHAT IN THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU? WHY DO YOU WANT A BABY SO FUCKING BAD WHEN YOU'RE NOT EVEN NINETEEN YET!"

"WHY DON'T YOU WANT A BABY?"

"BECAUSE I'M ONLY EIGHTEEN AND WE CAN BARELY PAY FOR RENT AND FOOD!"

"YOU'RE BEING SUCH A FUCKING BITCH!"

"UM, EXCUSE YOU! YOU'RE THE ONE WHO'S BEING AN ASSHOLE!"

"YOU DIDN'T EVEN GIVE THE IDEA A SECOND THOUGHT!"

"FUCK THIS! I'M NOT GOING TO ARGUE ABOUT THIS!" I yelled, walking out of the room and grabbing my keys.

"WHERE THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING?"

"AWAY FROM YOU!" I screamed and slammed the door behind me as I left. I got into my car and drove to my parents'  house, I just needed to get away from Haven for a moment.

I got out of my car and walked up to the front door, knocking. My mom opened the door and I walked in.

"Hello Echo." She said as I walked to the couch. I sat down and screamed at the top of my lungs, putting my hands on my face.

"Um, are you okay?" My mom asked.

"What's going on?" My dad asked, walking out.

"I have no idea." My mom said.

"Echo?" My dad tried.

"Haven's getting on my last fucking nerve."

"What happened this time?" My dad asked.

"He's got a really bad case of baby fever."

"What! I knew that little shit was planning something when he got the dog!" My dad exclaimed.

"It's all he has been talking about for the last week and I just found out he threw out my birth control!"

"What is up with him?" My mom asked.

"I have no idea." I sighed. "I needed to get out of there."

"Stay here as long as you need." My mom said.

"I'm going to kick his ass." My dad said and my mom grabbed his wrist.

"I think you should let me handle this one." She said, grabbing her keys and leaving.

"Should I be scared? Because I am." I said.

"Be terrified." My dad said.
