ECHO'S POV

I was in the process of cooking dinner when Haven called.

"Babe, I'm going out drinking with some of the guys from work, so I'll be home late. Don't wait up for me."

"Okay, thanks for calling, I love you."

"I love you too." He said, hanging up.

HAVEN'S POV

I woke up and stretched, noticing I was naked. I opened my eyes and looked to see I was in an unfamiliar room. I looked over to see a naked girl in the bed that wasn't Echo. Shit, shit, shit. I quickly got up, pulled on my clothes and rushed out to my car.

How the fuck could i cheat on Echo? I don't even remember anything last night. The last thing I remember is walking into the bar with my friends. Fuck, I'm screwed.

I looked at the time. Echo was already at work and I had to be at work in an hour. I rushed home, took some asprin, took a shower, got dressed and went to work. All day, I couldn't focus because I was thinking of my coversation with Echo I would be having.

There's no way I can keep this from her. It'll either slip out of my mouth or she'll hear it from someone else. If I wait to tell her, she'll be even more pissed off. The best thing to do is to tell her when I get home.

I got home to see Echo sitting on the couch.

"Hey." I said, setting my keys down and closing the door.

"Hey, I didn't see you when I woke up this morning."

"I cheated." I blurted out. I didn't plan to do it like that but hey, it works.

"What?" She asked.

"I got shit faced last night and woke up naked next to some girl."

"HAVEN MICHAEL PURDY!"

"I'M SORRY! YOU KNOW I WOULD NEVER DO ANYTHING TO HURT YOU ON PURPOSE!"

"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU! I TRUSTED YOU BUT I GUESS I WAS WRONG TO DO THAT!"

"Echo...I'm sorry!" I didn't know what else to say. She stormed off and into our room. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!"

"LEAVING! WE'RE THROUGH HAVEN!"

"WHAT! YOU'RE JUST GOING TO THROW AWAY A THREE YEAR RELATIONSHIP? A LIFE LONG FRIENDSHIP?"

"YOU SEEMED TO DO IT PRETTY EASILY!" She screamed as she packed her suitcase.

"I WAS DRUNK AND STUPID ECHO! I DIDN'T MEAN TO DO IT! IT WAS A FUCKING ACCIDENT!"

"I DON'T FUCKING CARE HAVEN! FUCK YOU! YOU FUCKED UP!" She said, zipping up her suitcase and walking out of the apartment. I fell to the floor in the living room and started bawling. I just lost my girlfriend, my best friend, over a stupid, drunken mistake.

ECHO'S POV

I drove to my parents house and knocked on the door. My mom opened the door and noticed I was crying.

"Echo?" I started crying harder, not able to talk. She pulled me into the house and hugged me tightly. "What's wrong?" She asked, stroking my hair.

"Haven cheated!" I sobbed.

"I'm going to fucking kill him." My dad said, running out of the house.

"Come here." My mom said, leading me to the living room.
