It's been almost a week since then but as usual, I felt so empty. But fortunately, nitong mga nakaraang araw ay may pinagkakaabalahan akong ibang bagay.

"Wow! That's so impressive, C!" puri ni Lorna.

It's already break time and she instantly flew her way to see what I was doing. Napanguso ako at sumipsip na sa yogart na iniinom ko.

I grinned. "Thanks. But you don't have to state the obvious."

Kinurot niya ang aking tagiliran kaya natawa na lang ako. She sat beside the vacant chair since bumaba sina Wendy at Samon. They had their own separate business to do.

"You've been very busy with that. Are you taking that seriously?" Kinuha niya ang sketchpad ko. "Might as well shift to fashion design."

Naalala ko iyong mga panahong nakahiligan kong ayusan si Colt dati, lalong-lalo na si Agnes. Noon pa man, tambak na ang kuwarto ko ng sketches that's why there's no wonder why Mommy and Daddy offered me this opportunity. To design three bags and three clothes.

Lately they have been working on something for our business. Sabi nila, magandang project ito para sa kumpanya dahil sa partnership na magaganap sa isa ring malaking kumpanya.

Although our company and the partnered company have their own designers and creative team for these stuff, they let me have this opportunity. Once my ideas got accepted by the professional designers of both companies, then that's great! Ngunit kung hindi ay wala na akong magagawa pa. At least I had something to do to busy myself with lately.

"You know it's a hobby of mine so..." Nagkibit ako ng balikat.

Matapos niyang tignan lahat ng rough sketches ko, nilapag niya ang sketchpad ko pabalik sa aking desk at humalumbaba.

"But you're family business is all about fashionable bags. Are you expanding your business line?"

"It's not that. We settled a partnership with some clothing line company for this IMC Campaign because my parents forecasted that it will be a big hit in the market," I explained while doing my mannerism which was hand gestures. "Then fortunately, they cordially accepted our invitation. The theme is 'Stellar Beauty'," I snapped.

"Stellar Beauty," her eyes twinkled. She looked really amazed. "I really adore Von Rezella. And for sure, it will become more successful when the time comes and you're the one to handle it na."

I sighed and bit my lower lip. "That's the problem."

"What?" she curiously asked.

Pinatong ko ang aking siko sa mesa at pinatong doon ang noo ko. Sumalampak ako sa desk at ngumawa na parang bata.

"I can't imagine myself handling our company!" I grimaced and looked at her, naghahanap ng kakampi.

She looked startled by what I said. "But you seem very passionate. I mean, kaya nga Business Ad. ang kinuha mong course, 'di ba? And the way you present something, it's very convincing. Your skills are impressive, C." She patted my shoulder. "You'll learn how to keep it up in no time."

Parang bumagsak ang balikat ko sa narinig.

"Sana nga."

Biglang naagaw ang atensiyon ko ng pag-vibrate ng aking phone. Sinenyasan ko si Lorna at tinignan kung sino ang nagpadala ng mensahe.

Right. Tomorrow's gonna be a big day. Napabuntong-hininga ako at nagtipa ng sagot.
