Professor Fang Hsi-ying.
No One POV:
The sun slowly rose above the Chen- Yee's property but our three heroes were still in their bed.
During the night, Snowy woke up and saw Tintin and Malory together in bed. He joined them and slept at the edge, happy to finally have an opportunity of sleeping with his two most favorite humans.
But his happiness was cut when the morning came, giving him one final nightmare.
'The Khan has said I must cut off your head...' Didi's voice echoed in his mind as Snowy looked up at the blade and slowly looking at owner as he kept talking.
'One small peck... will sever your neck!'
And the blade was brought down on him.
Snowy jolted awake, barking, which started Tintin and Malory and wakened them.
"Huh? What's that?" Tintin asked as he started hearing voices coming out of the room and Malory rubbed her eyes, looking at the door too.
"YAH! OOO!" Tintin opened the door and the three looked out, still in their pajamas, to see Didi with his sword up in the air again, running down the hallway and disappearing in the corner.
They looked at where he came from again when they heard weeping and saw Mr. Wang with his crying wife.
"This terrible madness poison... My poor son..." She sobbed as Mr. Wang let her go after him and the reporters joined his side instead. One of the servants, who backed away when Didi showed up, joined her side and helped her, "Didi! Didi!"
Tintin looked over Malory and saw her wiping a few tears, trying to act like she's still rubbing the sleep from her eyes. Tintin put a gentle hand on her shoulder, signing her that he's seen it and it concerned him.
"Her room is right next to mine, I've been her crying for the last five nights... She has been like that ever since Didi went mad." She told Tintin and he could hear all of these horrible emotions in her voice, like she's fighting to stay calm and it made him sad too; For both Mrs. Chen-Yee and Malory.
"Poor Mrs. Chen- Yee..." Tintin mumbled as Malory looked at him and he looked back, both knowing what the other wants to do next.
"There must be someone who can help us find an antidote, Mr. Wang!" Tintin said reasonably as he put a hand on Mr. Wang's arm, who shook his head sadly.
"Maybe Prof. Fang, in Shanghai." He told them but sighed, "But it is too dangerous for us to go there."
Malory POV:
"Well, we've got to try! Let's go Malory!" Tintin said in determination as we started walking away to get ready.
"Wait!" Mr. Wang stopped us by grabbing Tintin's shoulder, "You must not go, my friends! The soldiers will be looking for you!"
Oh yes! I forgot to mention that there's now a price over Tintin's and my heads thanks to Mitsuhirato, who 'Filed a complaint about being assaulted by us' to the Japanese soldiers, who invaded China, also thanks to him!
He, too, forgot to mention that it was 'After trying to poison Tintin and shoot me!'. But that's just a minor detail, right?
"Let them look! We'll get in somehow." Tintin reassured, smiling his 'I am not afraid of anything!' smile which I just adored before he became serious, "We've got to!"
No One POV:
In the Shanghai's border's office, the colonel was taking his nap, leaning against a poster of wanted with pictures of Tintin and Malory on them, when the phone on his table started ringing, waking him up, which made him angry.
