Back in Shanghai.

Malory POV:

"How's your arm, Tintin?" Chang asked as we watched Mitsuhirato's house from across the road.

"A little soar but I'll be fine." Tintin promised. Chang turned to look at me.

"Don't worry, Chang. It only hurt the first time it happened." I promised as well and with that we crossed the road with a jog.

We reached the stone wall and thought of a way to cross it when Chang knelt down and cupped his arms, ready to boost us.

We smiled down at him and Tintin climbed first, helping me up when I came next.

"Tintin! Malory!" Chang suddenly whispered-yelled.

"Yes?" We asked back, smiling at him.

"Be careful." He asked us.

I nodded as Tintin gave a small wink before we jumped off into the gardens.

The lights in the Japanese styled house were on and we made sure no one was patrolling in the garden before we looked over Mitsuhirato's silhouette, who was in the house, smoking.

"Yamato! Take as many men as you can and bring me Mr. and Mrs. Wang!" Tintin and I crouched behind bushes close to him and listened carefully, "With any luck, those miserable Tintin and Malory will be back with them and we'll get all our little birds in one stone! Go! No time to lose!"

The other silhouette, who listened carefully to the instructions, walked off. And so did we.

We landed next to Chang, who up until now stood and watched over with Snowy.

"Mr. Wang is in danger! A car! We need a car!" Tintin stated as we started running down the street.

"Tintin! There!" Chang exclaimed when we spotted a car with an engine on and someone in there.

"Nanking Road! It's an emergency!" Tintin told the driver, who startled awake by our entrance.

"Go find yourself a taxi, Sonny, this is a private car." The driver said to Tintin, making me frown.

"Funny, I could say the same thing to you."

And with that I picked his jacket up so it covered his face and pushed him out of the vehicle. We got into the driver seat and drove off as the driver shouted after us.

"Hey! Come back here! You can't do this! My car! MY CAR!" I rolled my eyes at this but focused on the road as Tintin drove fast.

We gasped when we saw three men on the road, pushing a heavy cart.

Tintin hurried to stop the car so he won't hit them but quickly started to honk at them until they moved out of the way and he drove off again.

But again, the driving didn't take smoothly so long because Tintin had to stop at surprise again, almost tearing our heads off, when he saw construction work in the road and had to drive back.

"There!" I pointed at an alley to our right that could lead us to the main road again.

Tintin turned the car and started driving again.

A few hours later, the car finally reached the rural side of the country and we've reached the Wangs' property, only to find the gates were already open.

Tintin stopped the car, grabbed a gun and ran into the dark house with Chang, Snowy and I behind.

"Agh! Oof!" Tintin let out as he stumbled on something.
