The Government locked down the entire state of Maryland today. Other states have gone into lockdown. Italy is still in lockdown. President Trump pushed out "social distancing" until April 30th. A whole entire month where we must stay home...yet again I know that people will not.
I received a letter in the mail from my work. It states that I'm an essential employee and therefore I can travel to my work. I wonder when they will begin shutting down roads and only letting proven essential traffic through. People are still panicking and buying everything from stores.
Its unnerving to see completely stripped shelves. More and more, it feels like the beginning of the apocalypse. Its only a matter of time before people become aggressive. I'm surprised I haven't heard more shootings happening, just to be honest.
They had to reopen places to purchase alcohol because they are trying to combat violence rates. If people can't get drunk, they get angry. People can't get their fix, they beat their kids. Geez, this world is screwed up. Honestly, its sad but it makes me angry.
