Chapter 119

"Where's the patient?"

"Doc! Thank Primus you're here!" Rumble exclaimed as he ran up to red and white Autobot, who had a stern face on as he approached the others. "He's in there." Cliffjumper thumbed behind him as Red Alert grabbed some supplies around him.

"What happened?"

"Somebody ripped out his spark, it's pretty bad." Tailgate said with his arms crossed.

"...so he's dead?" Red Alert asked as he paused and looked at Tailgate. Tailgate shrugged. "Yea, no scrap he's offlined. But we need him, Amalgamous needs him. We have to at least try—"

"And if we fail? We waste supplies that bots that are able to fight for each other, for survival, might need?" Red Alert snapped back to Tailgate as he spun around. The others watched with wide optics, not wanting to get in between the arguing bots.

"We talked about that, Red Alert, but you know 'Cons, dude. They pull through things you wouldn't even—" "a Decepticon? Who?" Red Alert asked suddenly as he straightened up. Tailgate eyed him with a weird expression.

"Shockwave."

Red Alert's optics widened.

"Take me to him."

Red Alert knew who Shockwave was. He knew he was smart and a valuable asset to the Decepticon cause due to his work.

When he had arrived to the bunker that Amalgamous had built for them, Red Alert learned quickly that Amal was working to get peace between Autobots and Decepticons, which he was wary of at first, but with convincing from the other Autobots who had been there for Eons prior to his arrival, he was convinced.

And it proved to help him gain knowledge. Red Alert learned quickly from the Decepticons that were also there alongside him, especially Frenzy, who had worked alongside Soundwave for all his life.

Red Alert also knew that something was going on in the galaxy that wasn't settling right. He sensed a disturbance in his spark just a few months prior to finding the others, and he knew that when he found them that they were going to need more for the darkness he sensed.

And Shockwave was one of the ones they needed.

"Red Alert! My favorite little—" "I'm going to need help." Red Alert cut the Wrecker off, who rolled his eyes in return. "Nice to see you too." Wheeljack said as he approached behind the young medic who stood over Shockwave's body.

"Primus..."

"Yea, whatever took that out, took it out sloppily." Wheeljack said.

"Will you be able to save him?" A voice from below asked and the two 'Bots looked down. Red Alert frowned at the human below them. "You must be Amalgamous." He said and the blonde haired girl nodded. Red Alert sighed as he turned back toward Shockwave.

"I will try my best, but I cannot promise you he will be revived." Red Alert told her as he put his tools that were in his servo on the desk next to the operating table Shockwave was on. Amal nodded with a quiet, sad sigh as Tailgate picked her up and walked out with her to provide comfort.

A certain Minicon climbed up onto the operating table near Shockwave's peds, grunting in annoyance at the climb he endured.

"Frenzy..."

"You will need my help." He said as he got to his peds and dusted himself off. Red Alert sighed with a nod. "What Energon type is he, do you know?"

"Plus."

"Find somebody with Plus Energon and get them in here now. Wheeljack, stand over there."

"You got it doc. What're we doing?"

Red Alert looked up at him as Frenzy scurried off.

"Saving his life, now shut up and handle me my scalpel."

Hey guys! Sorry for such short chapters, I've been having to catch up on school work and other stuff but don't worry I will be writing some more soon!
