I opened the door and legit started back crying.
I walked in the kitchen and slightly threw the bag on the island counter. I laid my elbows in the counter and ran my fingers through my hair.
Ameera: what did i do to deserve this.
??: SURPRISE!
I screamed and backed up to the fridge.
It was the boys, Marie, Mateo, and some random other people who i assumed where the boys' friends.
I looked around and saw everyone throwing confetti and shit.
I fucking hate surprise parties.
Marie and Mar then came running to me.
Mar: ameera..marie didnt do anything. We were all planning this surprise party for you.
Marie: yea you know id never do anything to hurt you. I felt really bad because you were tearing up.
i was speechless.

Kairi and Mateo runs to me.
Ameera: mateo? you were in on it?!

Ameera: was danielle in on it?
Mateo nervously laughs.
Mateo: no she hates you.
Mateo: again. happy birthday.

i look at mar who was eyeing mateo. i ignored it. I looked at Kairi.
Kairi: happy birfday sis.
Ameera: you too ugly ass boy.
Mattia, Roshaun, Alejandro, and Alvaro ran to me after.
