We pulled up in the parking lot facing the purple and orange sunset. Marie and I were holding hands away from the boys.i was chewing bubble gum and had a sprite in my hand.
Marie: this won't be bad.
Ameera: it won't.
The song Teenage Fever by Drake played in the speakers ahead of us at the fair. We started walking along with the other teenagers who had just arrived.
It was warm and crowded.
Mattia: bro this is sick
Kairi: fr they updated big time
Marie and I didn't talk to the boys. Not that we were mad but we were just chillin. We step foot on the concrete that led to the rides.
Marie and I looked around and the beautiful light and tall rides. My eyes led to the nachos stall.
Ameera: hey lets go get some nachos.
I tapped on marie shoulder who was looking the other way. I pointed at the nacho stall.
ameera: hey guys we'll catch up with you guys later.
Kairi: ok. meet us at the fireball.
Ameera: okay.
The boys kept walking straight but marie and i walked to the nachos stall. I looked around more as i waited in line.
Marie: girl you are stunning!!
Ameera: stopp
Marie: no im dead serious
Ameera: thank you.
Marie: let me take a picture of you real quick.
I smiled and posed behind the rides and she took a couple of pictures.

She held my hand again and we waited for the line to shorten.
